Some dishes truly impressed - like the oxtail spring roll and the yellowtail, and others flopped like the cauliflower (which the server failed to tell us was battered and fried when we asked about it) and the scallops. The corn dumplings were solid but could have been more flavorful. The cocktail I ordered was so sweet that I sent it back.
Incredible East Village gem. With a party of 6 we tried almost every dish on the menu and each was better than the next. I went back a couple of times since and had the same great experience.
We tried one of every dish on the menu. Our favorites were the corn dumplings, spring rolls, noodles, and yellowtail crudo. If you go with more than 4 people, you should get 2 orders of some of the dishes. The only dish we weren’t a fan of was the ragu with rice cakes. My friend thought the sauce was oddly sour.
