Late review, this was back in July 2024. I was in the city on a work trip. Flight was canceled and it was late and storming. The bartender welcomed us in, immediately provided excellent service. This place ruined Guiness for me anywhere else in America so far, because it was the best I've ever had. I also had the fish and chips which were fantastic. We (my co-workers and I) enjoyed it so much, we went back the next night.

Cool place to go for a drink. The owner of the bar (Irish lady) is extremely rude and annoying she will kick you out of a table because other people want to eat. I saw argue with several people in a span of 5 minutes. Will not go back because of her.

I ordered two burgers and a drink. For the price I paid for the burgers i would rate the burger 4.5/10. They went very light on the fries I could literally count on my plate how much fries I got(10). I was over charged for my burgers and I told the waiter. I’m pretty sure they do this all the time. So just check your receipt, I’m sure they always get away with it. Just for overcharging, that’s dishonest and I would never go back here

Bartender was just plain rude, felt like we were disturbing her day. I would avoid, there’s better Irish bars elsewhere. Guinness pour also questionable.
Came in for fries and a beer during the rangers game. Waiter was extremely rude because we didn’t order enough food to sit at a table. He kept saying it’s busy and he needs the table even though we were there for less than 30 minutes. Waiter did not come over to refill drinks or see if we wanted to order anything else. At that point we left and went to another pub to eat. Extremely disappointing as this is a great vibe usually to watch a game.

Ordered the wings and burger. Both were tasty. A friend of mine ordered the Turkey club and enjoyed that as well.

When we came this place seemed great to us. Home atmosphere, bar with history. We were not even put off by the prices, which were higher than in the bars next door. But when they brought us the food, we could not eat it. It is very inferior in quality and taste to all the bars we have been to. We did not even take away what we did not eat. The bill was a little over $100. And the tip was included in the bill. Because the tip is included in the bill, the waiters can calmly sit on the phone and not pay attention to you, they come up only when they think it is necessary. As a result, a ruined evening for $135 for two hungry and sad people.
