The staff were SUPER accomodating and welcoming from the minute we booked. Ensured a superior room, early check-in, etc. The room was large for NYC, clean bathroom, decent amenities. It is also well located as you are a 10 minute cab from both the Upper East Side as well as Soho area. We walked both, which took about 30 minutes. I would definitely stay here again!
The front of house and housekeeping staff were exceptional. They welcomed us latent with baggage out of the midday heat. They were always kind. The room was spacious, clean, and impeccably styled. I will seek out Mondrian hotels for future travel.

My only suggestion would be to have outdoor heaters available if open so late during the fall/winter season as the night I went up, it was very cold when sitting down. That would have made it perfect.
