This was my third time coming here, and they won me over as a customer over 7th street, burger head, and all the others.
Burgers here are great! Juicy, flavorful, gentle crisp on the patties. All ingredients are always fresh and delicious.
Fries are to match the burgers. They serve battered fries and a selection of seasonings. Always hot and crispy, never under a lamp.
What really made me write this review was the SERVICE! You can order from the tablet if you’re antisocial like me, get your food and sit alone… but the staff here are more than happy to take your order.
Today I came in for lunch, decided to try the chai shake. They were out of straws. Jada (or Jayda, sorry, wasn’t paying attention, busy day!) told me this when she gave me the shake and said “I took the whole shake off, sorry about that”
No straw, but I can totally get one somewhere else…. For the price of a shake, I can get 2 sodas. This was a great recovery for something so small. It made me think back on the days when I worked food service, and would think “eh, they’ll get a straw somewhere”
5 minutes later, Jada came back with a straw! Somewhere close-by probably helped out, but it’s this level of SERVICE, that’s commendable.
To the owners and managers reading this, I really hope ms Jada gets a raise.
Will be coming back here about twice a month for lunch and whenever I’m in the mood for a burger.

Yo…I’ve made it a point in life to try a burger spot at every city I travel go monthly for work. This was by far, the best burger ive had in my live. Period. Crispy around the edges, toasted bun, crunchy lettuce and pickles, and you can just tell it was just made with love. Jada and Dom were working the kitchen and I’ll only order from there if they’re working to relive this experience as many times as I can.

Moonburger won me over immediately! The MB Classic Cheeseburger is the move with premium New York beef from family farms, smashed to a perfect crispy-edged patty, loaded with American cheese, dill pickle, double onion, and a special sauce that just works on a potato roll.
The Impossible version is one of the best veggie burger executions in the city! And the shakes (brownie batter, spiced apple pie) are the kind of thing you'll think about days later. Pricing is very fair, the staff is warm, and it's owned by people who genuinely care. NYC has no shortage of burger spots, but Moonburger is one of the ones worth going out of your way for.

Moonburgers is seriously one of the best burger spots I’ve been to. The burgers are always fresh, juicy, and full of flavor. The buns are soft, the toppings taste super fresh, and everything just comes together perfectly. The fries are crispy and seasoned really well too.
What I also love is how quick and friendly the service is. The staff are always welcoming like Kelsey and the place has a really cool, laid-back vibe. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or hanging out with friends, it’s a great spot.
If you’re craving a really good burger, Moonburgers is definitely the place to go. I’ll 100% be coming back again! 🍔🔥

Jada And Kelsey Are Amazing Workers! They made me feel at home! They Answered any questions I had. The kiosk was a little difficult because I am not hip to technology but they helped me through it. I ordered the MB classic Plain no toppings. Burger was not burnt, not undercooked, just the perfect smash burger! Everything was fresh even down to their yummy cheese sauce!!! Shake shack and McDonald’s got some serious competition on their hands! Shoutout to Kelsey for helping me put this review up! Thank you guys again I will be returning!!
