Moono became one of my favorite spots in NYC. My wife and I tried it after a last minute reservation and I have to say it was amazing. Moono offers a perfect mix of elegant ambience, flavorful modern Korean dishes, and attentive service. It was great dining experience!
I really like this place, food is tasty, service is excellent! Good for friends gathering if they are foodies, also a good date night place.

First off, Pyongyang Cold Noodle isn’t your typical Korean buckwheat naengmyeon. It’s known for its subtle and clean flavors. The broth is light, slightly tangy, and beef-based—with just a hint of saltiness. Some might even describe it as “bland,” but it’s bland in a refined, intentional way. It’s the kind of taste that grows on you the more you eat it. It’s definitely a love-it-or-hate-it dish. *Honestly, I think the waiters should explain this to first-timers...
