Owner has a serious attitude problem. I ordered breakfast to go and when he asked me if I needed utensils and condiments, I said no as I had all I need at the office and I didn't want to waste his supplies. I don't know why, but he mumbled something impolite under his breath. What the heck was that about? The owner is a jerk and I am not coming back here. Also, the charges are inconsistent. Sometimes he charges me $11 for a breakfast egg platter, sometimes $14. I guess it depends on his mood.

Yesterday I had lunch at the Moonstruck eatery. I began with matzo ball soup, which was nothing to rave about. The salmon salad was hardly edible. The salmon was just OK. The salad greens were roquette, my favorite, and always a good choice. However, they were waterlogged and wilted, and tasted as if the prep line never dried them, or even bothered to discard the ones that should not to be served in a $24 salad. Of course, tomatoes are not in season, so not much to say about that, except cherry tomatoes would have been a better choice. The red onion was cut much too wide for a salad. I would not recommend those salads.

Horrible service with a large side of attitude, bland food and a dull menu. All kinds of up charges like 2 bucks for whipped cream, 6 bucks for freshly squeezed OJ that clearly came out of a carton and fruit topping that should have never made it out the kitchen onto a customer's plate! Dirty cups with things floating in my milk and let's not talk about the crisp burnt toast they called toasted dark??♀️

Nice diner-like eatery, we called in for dessert after seeing the pies through the window, Pecan Pie a la mode was delicious.18% service charge is automatically added to the
I highly recommend this place. We went during busy hours and only waited 5 minutes for a table. The waitress Sara was honestly my favorite. You can tell this woman has been a server for years and she is amazing. I swear she was waiting at every table in the place but she still had a smile on her face and was cracking jokes with us every time she came to the table. She was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed and more. She did a great job balancing all her tables and providing for all of them. If you get Sara as your server you are in great hands and are in for a fun meal. Tip her well she deserves it!!!! The food came out quickly and was very good. The only downside is the place is slightly crammed but where in NYC is not lol.
Had a good old fashioned hamburger fries and a coke. Service was fast and friendly, burger was great with all the trimmings, pickle and coleslaw too. Person at the front counter who waited on me was terrific and made sure I had everything I need. I think I might've gained a pound after the cheesecake and coffee. Will definitely stop in again when in midtown.
MANDATORY 18% tip?!?!Appallingwe will not return

The waiters and the service were quite accommodating. Me and my friend stayed a bit longer after dinner, & the service there was quite accommodating.
