Morandi is very rustic in appearance. It is a warren of rooms with exposed brick walls. Conversation is animated. Decibel level is fairly high. The lighting is subdued but not dim. We showed up early for our reservation & enjoyed a pre-dinner beer in the bar.\n\nThe menu is quite extensive. Lots of traditional Italian dishes + other creative options. We opted for potato croquettes, linguine with clams & the tortelloni. All pleasant & satisfying. I don't think...

Morandi has excellent food, but what makes it standout is the excellent service. Of all the restaurants we've dined in, Morandi's staff and service is an among the best. It's a pleasure to be here. Never rushed. Always professional. And, the food is great. We've been here many times over the past year. Dinner for two is typically $140. Lots of outside seating.

Having read about the restaurant in Keith McNally‘s book, we were anxious to try it. It certainly checked every box. Wonderful vibe, great food, superduper service, and fantastic location. Highly recommend.
