Have been here 3 times. This was sadly the last straw. Service has been consistently bad to average. Ordered the chicken parm pizza and the salad was inedibly salty. Just the quality in quality italian is going down.
We had an absolutely fantastic evening here. I've dined at Quality Italian numerous times in the past and have never been disappointed. Roberto took excellent care of the four of us. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. The tuna carpaccio, the filet mignon, lobster rigatoni, and NY strip were all phenomenal. Perfect place to celebrate my birthday!
i left an empty gucci bag (i took the contents out and asked the waiter to throw away the packing and carrying bag it came with). upon leaving, they immediately called me to let me know id left it at the table. even tho that was trash it was a very nice gesture to make sure i had my belongings.

The wait staff seems to be trying to push people along, hopefully that's not the sign of direction from management. Food was excellent, but OpenTable should reconsider, promoting them when they are sitting people next to service stations. We were one of the first people to arrive, even before they were open for service, so there was no reason to rush us. Would love to say wonderful things besides awesome food preparation, but The way staff was attentive to a fault, not that any of this information is going to get back to the owner, who is probably making a killing on everybody who walks through the door.

This is the second time we have dined at Quality Italian, third time overall the restaurants. We hosted a large 20+ guest dinner at Quality Meat on 9/2/23 and it was by far an amazing and wonderful dinner that could not possibly have occurred more perfectly at any other restaurant. Which is a really big deal especially for Manhattan. About a week ago I received a card in the mail from the Quality Management team thanking us for patronizing their restaurant which was a huge surprise and really is on another level of customer service that I think disappeared from society decades ago. Thank you to them. Anyway, we made our reservation for 830 Friday night. We showed up 15 minutes late because of traffic but had called ahead and all was good. We were seated in seconds and wine was being poured in a moment. This was impressive as this place was packed wall to wall with beautiful people who were obviously over the top about their meals. We started with the prosciutto board that came with some ridiculous amazing olives. I asked for some to go home, then tried to buy some and then threatened the server with a good time but to no avail the olives were not coming home with me in bulk. We also had the shrimp cocktail and some french fries. A note here from my wife to management “if they would toss these fries with the cream sauce that came with the shrimp and a handful of the mushrooms that come as a side it would be THE BEST THING EVER!” So if you guys put this on the menu call them Leah's Fries. Anyway; I had the truffle tagliatelle which is so good I licked the bowl. Wife had the gnocchi. We enjoyed a few more drinks, talked with our server a few more times and then headed off to our next destination. Needless to say after having dined at probably upwards of 1000 or more restaurants around the world, and seeking out anything worth trying in Manhattan, Brooklyn and the Bronx I have to say for Italian... Quality is by far my favorite dining experience. This place is

One of favourite restaurants in NYC! Everything is excellent...whipped ricotta & monkey bread, yellowtail, Caesar, beefsteak tomato & stracciatella, chicken parm pizza (delicious but huge could feed 4!), cream brûlée corn (a MUST), steaks, Berkshire pork chop...you will not be disappointed!

The food was okay. I ordered the Chicken Parmigiana pizza and the pizza came out 2 minutes after I ordered it. The Pizza was not hot slightly cold. That was a disappointment. Also Gina, the host was very dismissive and rude during the coat check process. She didn't acknowledge me she just took my coat with no dialect. When I tried to ask her a few questions she ignored me and rushed me off. I would not be back based on how dismissive she was.
It's always a great experience at QI. The staff is friendly and attentive. The food is delicious. Our drinks were phenomenal. We were there to celebrate my friend's birthday and they gave him a handwritten birthday card. I was floored! Cannot wait to go back

Took my wife out for birthday dinner with zero expectations, but we were pleasantly surprised. Everything was good. The bread side car, the Caesar salad, her branzino, my truffle cacio e Pepe, everything! I would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

The food was absolutely amazing. The service was excellent. The hostess was very accommodating. My gold ring fell in the bathroom drain. The manager, Steven, had the tool and got my ring out himself on a busy Friday night!! I would give them 10 stars if I could!
Absolutely loved our experience! The food is delicious, and service impeccable. I can't recall our servers name, but he really made the experience special. While he had a super busy section, he managed to deliver exceptional service to every table, and make every guest feel welcomed and appreciated. Can't say enough good things about our dining experience - we'll absolutely be back!

Everything was delicious. Our server was amazing and attentive. The whole staff was. I loved that the host recommended a non alcoholic drink for us when we mentioned we did not drink alcohol. The bread was so good. I only wished that you could get the pork chop cooked medium. It was a bit dry for my liking.

Wonderful waitress, ice installation, and very good yellowtail sashimi, but both pastas were disappointing, especially the truffle one, which had way too much butter for cacio Pepe and not enough truffles for $45.

Ambience and Vibe excellent...apps were outstanding. Both Steaks were prepared medium rare when ordered medium. One needed to be returned. No apology...Veal Milanese was average at best...meatball appetizer and salads were outstanding as well as the bread service...Lobster Gnocchi was best entree of the night...Plenty of lobster and a great taste overall

We had a slight hiccup as reservation was pre-authorized for payment that was missed, but the management and staff were quick to rectify the situation. Outstanding service and attention to detail with delicious food. Will def return- you need to come
