Best ice cream in the world and not close. Texture is sometimes inconsistent. Some days it tastes different than other days, particularly how icy it is. Doesn't deliver well either, melts on arrival and texture isn't the same, so make sure you buy in person. Not every flavour is the best either. So my rating is biased up. At this time the peanut butter Reese pieces is available, so strongly recommend that instead.Dulce de leche graham cracker - 8.75/10 quite good, if you like dulce de leche this is a winMidnight brownie batter - 7/10, vegan, would be 9.5/10 if not vegan. Wish they had a not vegan option.Hazelnut rockiest road - 9/10. This is what my dad would order. Classic old man flavor done well. Went to get a pint and was told the pints are prepackaged and they don't offer all the flavors. If I can't get the flavor I want I rather get a pint of Jerry's for half the cost seriously. Why is it so complicated to do hand packed pints? No clue.Also service leaves a lot to be desired.

Never been somewhere where the staff seem so perplexed and overwhelmed by the simple task of scooping ice cream. The lines are not because they’re prodigiously busy, it’s because they’re incompetent and have terribly inefficient operating procedures. Go somewhere else. Also the ice cream had a poor mouthfeel and my mouth was coated with fat.
