The experience was great thanks to Jeff. I needed help finding a macallan lumina whiskey which is hard to find unless it was on a cruise or duty-free shop. The process was easy by calling in to see if they have it in stock and to order it. They packaged it nicely and had no problem picking it up a month after the purchase. Thank you again and I will be coming back to purchase another limited find.

Pretty much any quality shop can offer great wines, selections and local support. Morrell is absolutely top in class in that category. But a wine shop needs to be a little something more to be a top class online shop. Easy use website, really fast purchasing communications, package holds for weather concerns (no cooked wine please!) timely shipping messages, great packaging, and customer service. And Morrell again is top class here too. Case in point, I've ordered online from them several times and have been extremely pleased with the customer service, process and communications, especially when I had a corked wine just recently. Hey, "corked" happens, its part of enjoying wine. :-) The team there (Thank your David!) was fantastic and took care of replacing the bottle after just one email request. Great customer service, great selections, easy online process, great folks. That is why I'll keep going back. Cheers!

Very bad attitude,no patience. they charge re stock fee when the whisky appearance is observed flaw and leaking sign. Never seen liquor business like this.

Extremely unhappy with Morell right now.How is it possible they charge $208 shipping for 6 bottles to 00927 from NYC.When Benchmark charges $55.74 for 5 bottles to same address from CALIFORNIA.Something is wrong with their shipping quotes.Be very careful.At the last minute I had to cancel the order because I wouldnt accept the shipping price. And guess what happened? Mike surprised me with a 10% restocking fee.Be very careful with Morell.Or try other well respected companies such as Benchmark or Vivino among others.
