The experience was great thanks to Jeff. I needed help finding a macallan lumina whiskey which is hard to find unless it was on a cruise or duty-free shop. The process was easy by calling in to see if they have it in stock and to order it. They packaged it nicely and had no problem picking it up a month after the purchase. Thank you again and I will be coming back to purchase another limited find.
Pretty much any quality shop can offer great wines, selections and local support. Morrell is absolutely top in class in that category. But a wine shop needs to be a little something more to be a top class online shop. Easy use website, really fast purchasing communications, package holds for weather concerns (no cooked wine please!) timely shipping messages, great packaging, and customer service. And Morrell again is top class here too. Case in point, I've ordered online...
I was in a hurry so I called to see if they carried what I was looking for. So glad they did. Plus the lady had it waiting at the counter for me! I was in and out in approximately 3 minutes!
