From the hostess, management, server and support staff, this was such a top shelf experience. The food was cooked to perfection.Matt, our server, took the very best care of us and the manager checked on us several times with sincerity. They even held the door for us on the way out. My wife and I go here quite often to sit in the bar area, grabs some small plates and a few drinks. Service is always great, staff super friendly and the food is top notch. Perfect spot to pop in for a drink and a bite.

Came here to celebrate a birthday. Everything was great! The hospitality was amazing. The staff was friendly, attentive and helpful. The ambience was lovely. For food we tried a variety of things and enjoyed it.

The salad first came out and it was alright; however, once the filet came out I forgot about the salad because this was one of the best steaks I've had in my entire life. I highly recommend the cheesecake too, simply put it is awesome!

The food was an hour late the steak was supposed to have well done but was not and the lobster and the potatoes was cold. Had to send it back twice asked to speak with the manager and he apologized and said that happens since it was Valentine's Day. I then wrote the company no response. When someone comes all the way from Michigan to New York the service should have be acceptable for almost $300.

I’d like to start out by saying Paul was a phenomenal server. He explained the menu in detail as it was our first time dining at Morton’s (we normally go to Mastro’s). It seemed like the restaurant was overwhelmed with the Valentine’s Day volume. The drinks took extremely long each time. The sugar around the rim was sloppily decorated. The lemon drops were nothing but lemon flavor. I can tell the bartender did not make the drinks with love. The food left a lot to be desired as far as flavor. The steak did not have a bone-in, even Paul was confused as to why the Chef decided to throw it out. I can’t say I’d be back … glad I gave it a try but for the price there are other steakhouses that have way better service + food.

Me and my girlfriend both ordered steaks, she had the fillet mignon, I had the dry aged ribeye steak. The steaks were very good & worth the prices. I had the lobster mac n cheese for a side, spectacular. My lady had the loaded baked potato, it wasn't the best, but decent, i feel like it needed more butter & cheese. Great ambience & the service wasnt the best like on timing, but i just think it was because it was a Saturday night. Definitely a great spot to go on a date to.

I would recommend getting here before your reservation and having a drink at the bar. Casey and Maggie were unbelievably attentive and Casey made excellent drinks. The food was even better than the last time we ate there. We always try to sit at either Sarah or Matt's table. This time we sat at Sarah's table. She is so knowledgeable, friendly and an overall delight. My only complaint is that they no longer have the carrot cake!
