I loved the ambiance, but the service could have been better. My server could have been more attentive. We seemed to be always calling on another server because ours was MIA. My lamb chops were over cooked and needed some salt. They replaced them but by then I asked for the check. This is my 2nd time eating at Morton's unfortunately there will not be a third time.

My husband and I entered and were seated all whilst receiving odd stares from what we believe to be the manager throughout the duration of our meal(we were the only non-white couple there). The waiters on the other hand were wonderful. I had a steak and my husband a lamb chop both ordered medium well. My steak was cooked fine lacked flavor while one of my husbands lamb chops were raw and the other one medium well. It was disgusting. We were comped but it was concerning. If it was not for the wait staff this would be a 0/10. But it is definitely not worth the expense.

Amazing place to eat. We were visiting from Ontario for my sons birthday. They went over and above with everything.

The team at Morton's was very welcoming, which we appreciated. However, service was very slow. The food quality was amazing as always, but some entrees came out colder than we have received previously.

Unfortunately, the experience fell short. While the location was convenient, right next to the CQ Hotel, the overall ambiance didn't quite match the high price point. A sports bar atmosphere with games playing isn't necessarily bad, but for a steakhouse with expensive cuts, it felt out of place. Our main disappointment was the steak itself. Though filet mignon is our go-to at many steakhouses in Canada and the US, this one came with a lingering liver aftertaste. Additionally, the steak arrived solo on a large plate, with no sides included for the premium price tag (starting at $13 extra). We ordered the side of mushrooms and spinach which was well flavoured.

Although the food was good the experience here was terrible. We will not be dining here again. We booked 9:15 reservations and as we were being seated the waiter handed us the menu and said he needed to know right then what we wanted to order because the kitchen was closing. This was before we even had been served a glass of water. We felt rushed and glanced at the menu and ordered. We were celebrating birthdays so we tried to continue to enjoy. We ordered a cocktail and when the food came at 10:15 we ordered another cocktail and were told the bar was closed. We weren't a walk in. Why take reservations at 9 PM when the kitchen and bar is closed. Beyond ridiculous. We should have at least been informed this would be the experience when we made the later reservation so we could decide if we wanted to continue to dine or make another selection. The food was good, but we felt rushed and we couldn't enjoy the evening as planned.

0/10 I do not recommend going there! The steak was not good, the lobster was okay, and the drinks were horrible. Most dining takes place in an ugly basement with no atmosphere, LOTS OF FLYS AND ***COCKROACHES***!!! I saw a cockroach on my way to the bathroom and on the stairs. The prices are super high for horrible food, unsanitary conditions and an ugly basement.

I brought my girlfriend here for our 5 year anniversary and the service was excellent. I told the restaurant it was our anniversary ahead of time and they prepared special menus congratulating us. They even gave us our dessert on the house for the special occasion. Food was excellent I got the 8 ounce fillet mignon medium and it was good perfectly and tasted amazing. Will definitely return!

First off, my food took an hour to arrive, and when it did, it was cold. They took the food back to redo it and brought it back hot. This time around, the food was bland, with no flavor whatsoever. Another thing that stood out was all the Caucasians were sat upstairs, and the minorities were seated at the lower level. I used to love Morton's, but this on Valentine's Day was totally unacceptable. This was my lady's first time there, and she never will go back. They really made me look bad this night as my date was a well-known publicist accustomed to great food and service.

Is it actually one star when you compare it to other restaurants, no. However, 200+ dollars and the waiter routinely forgot drinks, salad orders, and messed up the temp of the steaks, as well as the filet mignon being very poor quality, it's a one star when you judge it by price. Mashed potatoes were amazing. They also have a tv playing a YouTube fireplace scene in the dining room, very classy.
