Your ordering process is ridiculous. I have waited a week for an order to ship and zero people will respond to my inquiry on where my order is. I will be filing a complaint with the Consumer Protection Division for where you are headquartered for theft of services. There are consequences for businesses like you to protect consumers and I HOPE everyone else reads this and does the same For consumers: go to the address where they are headquartered. Go to that states page and search Consumer Protection Division. There you will see a place to file a complaint on this company for their business practices on consumers ♥️
This ordering process has been nothing but a nightmare. I ordered the cookie crate AND the milk truck cookie jar on November 28th. My order didn't ship until December 2nd. When I had my order delivered today (December 7th) I didn't receive my FULL ORDER. I went to check my account and it says that the Milk truck hasn't even been fulfilled or shipped yet! They had no problem taking my money for both items, and only delivered half. It was very expensive too by the way. $104 for two items and only received ONE. I will NEVER EVER order from here again. Don't waste your money. The part that did arrive, the cookies are hard and nothing like the ones in the store. Save your money. it's NOT worth it. Customer service sucks too because you can't get a hold of anyone. I will be reporting them to my bank. This is ridiculous.
This review is about the tub of bake at home cookie dough sold at Sam's Club and not the pre-baked cookies sold in stores and online. I write this review hoping Mrs. Fields customer support will become aware there is extreme difficulty opening the packaging and that they will make the necessary adjustments so other customers are not frustrated to the point of tossing the whole tub in the trash as I almost did. The plastic rim on the tub is so thick and inflexible it was almost impossible to open without resorting to the use of a screwdriver and crowbar! My hands and fingers did not work on it, a heavy duty dinner knife did not work. I almost lost two fingernails while trying for five minutes to pry off the well sealed plastic lid. After continued pushing and digging, I was able to use a spoon handle to pry a small opening under one the side of the lid. While trying to hold that spot open with the spoon handle already inserted, (bracing the large frozen tub with my arm), I dug underneath it by inserting a second spoon handle into the small open space, all while attempting to turn the large tub round and round like a can opener. Yet the lid continued to seal back up behind the area I was working on - no progress. I continued to use more and more force until the lid finally cracked...and the spoon went flying across the counter as it released. Success, but only because the lid finally cracked and split under the pressure. I had my prize, an open tub of cookie dough with enough dough to last a lifetime - but without a lid to keep it covered , a bittersweet moment. Just a word of caution, unless you are an exceptionally strong contortionist, this may not be the packaging you want to select if you are going to purchase for Mrs. Smiths bake at home chocolate chip cookies. Unfortunately I won't be purchasing it again.
Mrs. Fields Is a Joke Now, and We’re All Pretending Not to Notice
I don’t know what happened to Mrs. Fields, but whatever they’re selling now isn’t a cookie—it’s a soft, sugary lump of disappointment. I walked in hoping for that warm, buttery crunch I remembered from the early 2000s. What I got was a doughy, under baked mess that tasted like it had been sitting in a plastic tub for a week. There’s no texture. No depth. Just this weird, squishy uniformity that feels like someone tried to recreate cookie dough using a chemistry set. It’s not chewy—it’s *lazy*. And the worst part? People still eat it like it’s some kind of treat. Like they’re tasting the past. News flash: if it’s not baked fresh, it’s not a cookie. It’s a lie. We’re in the middle of a cookie epidemic. Everywhere you go, it’s the same story—soft, bland, mass-produced sugar blobs pretending to be dessert. And people keep buying them, smiling, saying “Mmm, just like I remember.” No. What you remember is flavor. What you’re eating now is nostalgia dressed up in preservatives. If you think this is good, you’ve stopped tasting. You’ve stopped questioning. You’ve let the memory override the reality. And that’s not just sad—it’s dangerous. Because once we accept this kind of downgrade, we start accepting it everywhere. Mrs. Fields used to mean something. Now it’s just another brand cashing in on the fact that most people don’t notice when the recipe changes. But some of us do. And we’re not buying it.

I ordered my mom some Mother’s Day cookies and they arrived in pieces. She said one bagged cookie was completely crumbs. They were rather expensive to show up in crumbs. 🫠 Very dissatisfied. Won’t order from here again, unfortunately.
They offered a custom cookie cake, which I ordered for a friend's son who made a 36 on the ACT. It sent on time but arrived smudged in several spots and looked terrible. I contacted customer service and they offered me a 50% credit when I showed them a photo of how it arrived, with the teen holding it up. should have been 100% credit due to the condition, especially if you take pride in your quality of products. Won’t be ordering again!
i differently mrs fields cookiea general should more location mass and new york city and all states and city and town
The cake looked like a preschooler decorated it.
used twice and recipients never received items
This was a terrible experience. Cookies scheduled to be delivered on 12/20 are not being delivered until 12/26, if they show up then. Website was inaccessible so you could not track the order or communicate with the company. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I was excited to learn there's a Mrs Fields in the city. I visited this location in March 2024. It's easy to miss as it shares a store space. The cookies were really delicious and fresh. My only complaint is the cookies with nuts are not separated. Therefore I was unable to get my daughter any cookies as she has a tree nut and peanut allergy. I even told the associates about this. Hopefully they take my concerns seriously. This location accepts both cash and card.

These can’t be the same cookies they just can’t be. Mrs. Field cookies used to be flavorful. I’m total disappointed.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Placed an order and not sure what happened but it never went through but showed that the credit card was charged. When I called to see what was going on with the order, they could not find it so I asked if they could replace the order but because I ordered it with a "flash sale" they would not do it. They offered 20% off but I already had a coupon for 20% off. The difference between the original order I placed and the 20% off offer was $28.00. They lost a customer over $28.00. Nice business to do that. They DON'T care at all about their customers! Will never order from them, EVER!
Best cookies ever!
