The food and ambiance here was phenomenal! The burger was one of the best I have had in a long time. Their appetizers and really everything we tried was delicious. They also had an amazing spicy margarita. 'If you are around, check this place out!!!!!!

I absolutely loved our waiter. He was polite. He was kind and he brought me all that I needed on time. The chicken is scrumptious although it does take about 45 minutes you are warned which is nice. and definitely worth the wait.

Dining at Murals was delightful. The murals are fun, and the ambiance is lovely. What was truly exceptional was Grace, who was the server, and also covering for an absent bartender. She was both pleasant and efficient.

I would have never thought I'd dine at a Vietnamese restaurant inside of the historic Warwick hotel ! I'm sure lots of people know but this is one of the most famous hotels in New York and growing up here it was always talked about this place because the Beatles and The Supremes stayed at this hotel. So it was an absolute honor to even dine here. . I dined here with a small group and during prime time dinner hours and it wasn't too crowded (though it was the middle of the week) that's probably the best time to dine here to avoid a crowd. .Listing out everything I ate in the order of "will come back just for this" : - Seared Bass w charred onion dashi, mushrooms, bok choy, pickled fresno- Shaken Steak: Cubed angus beef filet, watercress, tomato, pickled red onion- Spicy Papaya Salad (contains lobster) - Chilled Vegetable Summer Rolls: Thai basil. lettuce, radicchio, pickled carrot, cucumber, mango coulis - Buttered Mushrooms (side)- Crispy Pork Spring Rolls- Salt & Pepper Calamari - Roasted Salmon - Seafood Pho

Chef Ray is amazing. The roasted salmon was top notch, house pesto was aromatic & delicious but not over the top. Service is very friendly and personable. You cant beat the atmosphere and the music was so relaxing.Dietary restrictions: Staff asked for any dietary restrictions or needs prior to putting in the order. Greatly appreciated!

Nice classy place. Food was surprisingly great for a hotel restaurant. Especially the wonderful Pho. Very good service too.

Had a reservation and checked in with 3 different people before still waiting for a table. Waited for one hour for our food before telling the waitress (who never updated us) to bring a check that we were leaving. We then had to wait an additional 15 minutes for the check. The manager said he was going to bring us a dessert! for our troubles but we did not want dessert before eating dinner. No one seemed to care nor were they friendly. A table next to us was a mother and daughter celebrating a Birthday and were equally dissatisfied with the lack of service and the portion size (minimal) A lovely atmosphere but not well run. Many other excellent dining options available nearby

Murals on 54 is a decent place. I ordered the prime rib burger which was a delight. A medium rare patty that melts in your mouth. The fries were excellent and I wish I got two ketchup mini bottles instead of one. You really need two.Luckily it wasn't busy at all on a Wednesday night. After an all day travel day, I needed the peace and serenity. Although, my my was a bit occupied, the murals on the wall are from the 1930's and is part of the charm and historic value to the Warwick New York. For dessert, I ordered black coffee an apple tart served with ice cream. What a great way to end a meal.

We had a nice dinner here. The Thai papaya salad was perfectly spicy. The pho was very tasty. It is a nice respite after a busy day

If you're staying in the Warwick it's a perfectly good choice. Especially when reservations are are to come by elsewhere. But you're not going to come to this restaurant for the restaurant.

The service at this lounge in the hotel is horrible. The lounge singer is amazing which seems a shame that he is entertaining the people the service staff is pissing off. They dropped off our drinks and were never to be seen again. We had to go find them to get a check. We would of gotten more drinks but we were irritated by then. Drinks are on the higher end $15+. The add an automatic gratuity because other wise you would leave nothing.

We are staying at the beautiful Warwick Hotel and decided to order from Murals. We received the call in our room that our order was ready for pick up (no room service). We immediately went to the restaurant, picked up our order and returned to our room. The spring rolls and calamari were very cold. It also took almost an hour for our food, so given how cold it was I can’t help but think that it was prepared right away and then forgotten. Soooo disappointing.
