Had the most perfect bagel this morning. Super fast and friendly service! You can seat outside and enjoy the good weather.

Literally the slowest delivery service, waited 2 hours to deliver a salad. Restaurant claimed to have called but they did not, waited by the phone and never received a call

I always try to support businesses in my neighborhood but after 10 years this is becoming too difficult. Mistakes happen - an in correct order - but then making you wait 20 minutes to correct it and then behaving unreasonably when I asked for a refund as I was now running late isn't really fair on a customer who just came in for a bagel. Thankfully plenty of as good places opening nearby so will now make the switch.

Whenever I come to NYC, I have to have a bagel. Not an expert in this field, but enough bagels on my belt to have an opinion. Love the authentic feel and classic, yet very wide, variation. Not cheap, but definitely not overpriced or too expensive.I would've loved a glass of wine or bubbles w/ it ;-)Vegetarian options: The majority of the menu is vegetarian. Just leave out the salmon and you're fine

Their bagels are great, not the cheapest bagel ever but it's worth it, not crazy priced. They have a many cream cheese flavors, and also have good coffee. Their fridge section has lots of bottled drinks and other little things which is nice.
I love this spot the food is amazing but I CONSTANTLY get a soup I didn’t order and it’s so freaking annoying!!! I walk back to my job and then it’s too late to return. The staff is always very nice but NEVER give me the right soup.

Excellent Bagels! but be prepared to wait. The service behind the Counter can be chaotic especially during the morning.
