Disappointed after years of loyalty.
I’ve been a regular customer for 3–4 years and never had a complaint. The food was always fresh and reliable—especially after a long day when I wanted something healthy. Even when I noticed the quality starting to slip, I continued to support the business because it had been my go-to spot.
A few months ago, I found plastic in my chicken wrap. I reported it immediately and even texted photos of the plastic to one of the staff members, who was very kind and said the manager would follow up. It’s now been over three months, and I still haven’t received a call or any response.

I haven’t been back since—and I won’t be going back.

I understand that mistakes happen, but the lack of follow-up is unacceptable. It's disappointing to feel so let down by a place I supported and recommended for years. I hope this feedback leads to better customer care in the future.

Totally bad experience ever i had.

Second time this week that they mess up my order and the staff that works here does not even care. Worst possible costumer service, I ordered a pick up order 30-40 mins in advance yet when I came to pick up my order it was not only not ready, they had no idea I ordered. Same happened last time, I had to wait an additional 15 mins for them to make my food and it was overcooked and soggy. For this ordered they overlooked the instructions, I paid extra for extra protein yet it was the same amount, 4 dollars to the garbage, food was not great, who ever owns this joint seriously needs to train the staff on basic costumer service, never ordering from here again sadly. Save your money and order form somewhere else in the neighborhood, way better options

WOW. I am so surprised with so many bad reviews here. I'm extremely picky and I've NEVER Ever had a problem with Muscle Maker before and I've been ordering from them for years! I always recommend them to my co-workers too. Everything is so delicious and I LoVE that they have KETO section as well. They're just absolutely AMAZING. I'm still speechless. I hope you guys continue the great job you're doing and the food that you deliver. I appreciate it. I'm attaching my keto burger :) I couldn't wait and already ate half but it just proved how much i love it!!!

If I could leave negative stars here I would. Today my company ordered food from here where I specifically said in the instructions no peanuts due to a severe allergy. The smoothie I ordered despite my instructions had peanuts in it. When my manager called to follow up the person over the phone profusely stated he washed the blender 3 times to prevent cross contamination. Luckily I kept the smoothie and had another coworker taste it, where he confirmed that the smoothie had so much peanuts in it to the point he could still taste it 10 minutes later. The fact that this was overlooked is extremely dangerous and saddening. I had to leave work early, because my health was risked due to negligence.

Even if I ignored the hustle service I had tonight the turkey burger wrap was very disappointing. Very flavorless even with the bbq sauce ask to be replaced with ranch. Not to sound cheap but I'd expect better from a $13 wrap. On top of that the guy told me it would be between $18 and $19 until I saw to posted price. Bad vibes.

It’s reliable and compatible with several diet plans and bulking. I like that each menu item comes with calorie and nutritional breakdown.I don’t understand why this place is rated so low- it’s really a what you see what you get kind of place. Food is decent.

Worst food ever! I ordered two turkey burgers and it was traumatizing. Burnt Pattie’s and fries. Luckily they didn’t burn the bun but if you have to lower your expectations that much, that’s sad!
