Have to say this is a great boutique hotel. 1 block from time square. Which would be great if your planning new years in the city. You won’t have to sit in that crowd all day. There are also a lots of good restaurants and bars close by. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Rooms are very clean !!! And updated. Will definitely book here again when I’m in the city
My fiancé and I stayed here last weekend for a short weekend getaway. Very nice and clean hotel! Staff is very accommodating and wonderful to work with. Rooms are very clean and comfortable bed. The location of this hotel is perfect as it is located in walking distance of time square. We will definitely be back!
I was recommended by Barbara to book a night with Muse. Loved the close proximity to Times Square and everything I needed. Daniel, in the front desk, along with the bellmen we’re very helpful and kind. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable. I loved the unique styled rooms with a nice view of NYC. I will definitely be staying with them again.
Amazing stay! Everything was so perfect. The views were breathtaking. Definitely recommend staying here! Super close to Times Square. One of my favorite hotels in the city. The suite I stayed in was so dreamy ?
I LOVED this hotel. I found it very quiet and peaceful. Room was large and specious. Bathroom was also very spacious. Loved the rain shower and the pressure was very good. From my room I didn't hear any outside noise nor did I hear any noise from any other guest as my room was not too far from the elevator. There was never any long waits for the elevator. The room I had did not have a great view BUT that did not bother me as I left my decorative blinds down and the blind behind that I had it down part of the way. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will be back.
It was an amazing experience with my friends at a beautiful hotel!!! The location is fantastic, Times Square is right around the corner with so many things to do! The rooms are specious, I had a lot of space to get ready. Barbara recommended this hotel to us & we had a great experience :)
Excellent! We stayed as a family of 4. We booked a double. However, when we checked in we were told that they had overbooked and had no doubles available. They provided us with two rooms due to the mistake. Excellent customer service. The location can't be beat. Two minute walk from Times Square! The rooms were modern and clean. The shower spacious and fabulous! The shampoo/conditioner/body wash that was provided smelled divine. The bed was comfortable and firm. I love that the thermostat was a wall thermostat vs. one of those loud units at the window! K-cup coffee makers are available upon request. If you are new to traveling to NYC, read up on the city taxes, extra charges and fees as they are significant but any and all hotels charge them. Just don't be surprised. The only negative was that the hotel was under renovation so there was no wine hour. Which I needed, because we were traveling with teenagers. Maybe next time! We will absolutely stay again. Loved it!
Amazing hotel for myself and my fur baby! Right in the heart of everything! The staff was great and the room was spacious. I had my own private balcony and it was awesome! I highly recommend their suite! One of the biggest in NYC! And the bathroom was HUGE!
This place is a gem. Checking in was so pleasant, especially after a long ride from the airport. The room was very clean and whimsically decorated. More spacious than most NYC hotels. The shower was amazing!!! It's right in the center of the theaters and there are plenty of varied dining options. The only downside was the street noise. Being half a block away from Times Square, we got to hear all the excitement all night. Next time, we will bring ear plugs. And yes, there will be a next time!
We stayed at The Muse on Saturday night(8/5) to have a night out in NYC. It was so spacious, clean and a quick walk from Penn station! We had a great night out and look forward to staying here again!

Hotel is basic. No food or extra amenities. Price was good. Location was key. Middle of time square. Easy trip to theaters. Able to walk to everything. Down a quiet side street. Walking distance to small grocery store.
Only the start of our stay but I’m too overwhelmed not to rave about it ! I’m lucky enough to have stayed in many 5 stars hotels all around the world, including the U.S. It must only be a technicality that it’s not a 5 star. The lobby is beautiful and immaculate We were upgraded to the most beautiful rooms overlooking the City. The room standard is extremely high. No tea/ coffee making facilities but kettles available upon request. The Manager who checked us in last night just couldn’t have done enough for us which was just so lovely and made for a very special start to our celebratory break. Thank you Muse hotel ?
The rooms were clean and large. They have coffee in the lobby, but no kitchen for breakfast or other meals. The refrigerator in the room was empty. So stay for sleeping room, but expect no food. But hey - it's NYC -- you can find food in the neighborhood.
Great location- went to 3 shows over 4 nights- easy walks. Spacious and quiet double room. Friendly helpful staff. Nice gym- used it twice, Restaurant closed- but knew that ahead. They offer tea/coffee in morning. Only issue was a battery alarm went off at 4am 1st night- so maddening - removed the battery-
Nicely decorated, but the rooms are quite dark unfortunately. Breakfast to be taken outside (but there are many places around of course). Decent room size for Manhattan. Not a very exciting choice, but a decent one.
