We ordered Bhel Puri from the Mysttik Masala Bryant Part stall. Contrary to our expectations, it was salty with no tanginess. We clearly ordered a spicy Bhel, so we were expecting a blend of tanginess and spiciness but for sure no salt. We had a bite and decided to return, but we found the guy at the counter was rude. He tried convincing us this is how it is, and when we said it’s salty, he said, I can’t replace it. Order something else in a very disrespectful and rude way. We were quiet till then. Later, he gave us a samosa chat with an attitude of “ go now” as if he favored us. This is the point we had to ask him to be a little humble, respectful, and empathetic to customers. We have never heard him say please or sorry at any moment. Lastly, neither Bhel Puri nor Samosa chat was worth it. We had to dump the Samosa chat box as it was not made correctly. Don't recommend!!

Horrible place they served as something that wasn’t buttered chicken mixed salad on top without our consent and didn’t tell us that they ran out of rice so they gave us whatever kind of rice and refused to give us a refund there rude and I will never come back horrible
Our whole family and one family friends were visiting NYC from Chicago - staying at the Sheraton on 52nd and 7th, across the street from here - and we decided to have lunch at Mysttik Masaala on July 18, 2024. And our family along with our friends family - total of 8 people - all got food poisoning.
My 8 year old daughter is scarred from the NYC trip and never wants to come back to New York (I am sure she will get over it) but we all were very sick with severe food poisoning for the whole duration of our vacation and stuck in the hotel for the next 3 days.
