I must say these are some of the most friendly people i met in New York Manhattan. The owners, Teddy and Vicky, are very humble and lovely human beings. I was really impressed with their hero sandwich. They are the most delicious. Everything is extremely clean, and the time to collect your freshly made sandwich is not long. We also tried the Buffalo Wings as well which was quite amazing as well. I fully recommend you try this deli. Service with excellence.

I also worked here and it is true that even the lays and chips wrappers are eaten by mice, they are not hygienic, the backpacks of a delivery where they deliver the food are left on the floor, there is. Too many expired things that they continue to put on sale, many don't even work with gloves in the kitchen until the boss gets mad if you grab dish soap to clean. And on top of that they give very expensive things, and if I confirmed, their refrigerators don't work and like the others they didn't pay me either.It is better to buy at the delicatessen on the corner and they have the freshest things. Me and my brother got food poisoning here and my friend found roaches in her food. If you rely on Oxygen tank or have asthma don’t come here there’s constant smoking in front of the store along with other drug deals taking place. Feens always outside of this store delirious, hallucinating, camped outside, panhandling or screaming. The store to the right was shot up about a week ago. I would not recommend this store for a myriad of different reasons. It’s bad business the last owners got caught doing fraudulent business practices now they sold it to someone else who is worse you’ll get food poisoning and bad customer service.Also to make matters worse they partake in Price gauging! The prices are never the same and they charge you more if you’re female.

I don’t know if it’s new owners, but it’s extremely rude and unprofessional to tell a client that their owner’s words are: because you asked for a refund and they are refusing seamless delivery and will only do cash. It’s also legally illegal!!! That next time so the owner doesn’t lose money call the store and have the food remade. Especially when one spends lots of money in 10 years. Absolutely unexceptionable especially when orders aren’t always done correctly as you asked for.So I guess this is no longer my favorite just to be told that. When the store is in an unsafe area with way to much homeless and drug addicts are surrounding the store area. Way to many already say that fact
