I had a very disappointing experience with this restaurant. I showed up for my dinner reservation and dined there, but they still charged me a cancellation fee afterward. This is completely unacceptable and shows poor management and customer service.

Workers exhibit outstanding friendliness and gladly provide recommendations if you seem undecided. This place maintains its standards. So happy with this place. We for sure will come back, amazing food in a great atmosphere. We enjoyed every single bites. Creative spin on a classic dishes and cocktails were unique and just perfect.
We randomly stumbled by and I KNOW ill be a regular here from now on! The vibes are impeccable and the flamenco shows on Thursdays&Saturdays are amazing quality. Raul took amazing care of our family and we look forward to coming back to this cozy place. The Basque/Spanish hospitality is REAL here! Thanks Raul!!!

I had a spectacular time! They did a great job with my gluten allergy, I got lucky and they were able to make a duck for me with fresh oil (I think this was an exception not the rule, but I was so happy to get to have crispy duck again)

Found Nai randomly when searching for tapas today. Chose to stop in due to the fantastic reviews, and they definitely live up to the hype. We were greeted right away and immediately got service at a cute table in the front. Unfortunately, there was a horribly rude table next to us, but it didn't take away from our evening.
Melissa, our server for the night, was amazing. She was very attentive, gave great recommendations, and really went the extra mile to help us enjoy our visit. She even brought out someone to explain how they make the Filipino Cover Band cocktail, bc I was obsessed with it. Delicious!. We're in the industry, and we were blown away - I would take her for my place if she wasn't doing such a good job here!
