It’s a digital order and they don’t put in half the things you order. Ordered a salad bowl and picked out what I want: got no tomatoes, olives, cheese. Lettuce they use is older as well. Would not recommend going here. I usually go to the location at Times Square and it is so good.

We love this little take out place! The food is always fresh and delicious. I usually get a bowl or a salad which is enough for me to have leftovers for lunch the next day.

The workers at this location are so nice. There isn't an option to tip so I tried to tip them in person and she wouldn't take it. I took a star off as they're automatically throwing in plastic utensils whereas under NYC law, they're required not to unless you ask as those contribute to plastic pollution.

Food was so subpar. The rice blend was taught to chew. The falafel was also quite tough and not as soft in the inside.I say if you want a better meal, go to Omar's a few blocks away. Authentic and tasty every time.

Severe food poisoning at this location from the lamb, almost ended up in the hospital.

This review is purely for the takeout spot NAYA next door to the seated restaurant - I put in an order for lunch yesterday and it was the only thing I ate and I became violently ill by the time the night rolled around and have continued to be sick this entire day without hope in sight. NYE is ruined because I got some Lamb Koftas - do NOT get the Lamb Koftas from this takeout spot!!!
We had great Lebanese food and great service. I would definitely recommend.
