I came one evening to grab a takeaway before catching my flight. There was only one person handling lots of orders, but despite the wait, they were super kind, apologized, and even offered me a little something for the delay. That’s top-notch service! The food was amazing. I had the rice bowl with chicken shawarma and hummus. Totally recommend!

Good experience here until this morning. I ordered online using the Naya website for 1030 pick up, they opened the door at 1035, said they had 3 call-outs wouldn't have the food ready anytime soon, said they refunded me and it would take a day to kick in, no receipt or email. Kind of really irritated at the whole experience. Really hoping that money goes back to my card at some point.
Had the food before and it's pretty good though 🤷♂️
ADDENDUM: 2 days later and I finally got the refund at least.

I usually go to one near **Penn Station** once a week, and this one is just as good. Out of all the salad and similar take-away chains in **NYC**, this is definitely my favorite.
I find the dishes to be complete, flavorful, and reasonably priced.
I've already been to this location once, and I'll probably be back many more times.
They also have plenty of tables for dining in, though I never use them.
