Placed order via Grubhub, which is to be ready by 3pm. Due to unplanned delays I reached at 5pm. They say that they never got my order at all despite showing text confirmation received from GrubHub. After 20 mins and me calling people over phone to find order confirmation details etc, they said they could find my order in system now but junked my order. Nowhere it is said if I am late by 2 hours it will be junked. Only silver lining is that they reluctantly prepared the order again. Hence 2 stars.
I did not intend to leave a review but the lady insisted that I write a 5 star review there itself, while waiting, for making up. Seriously ? You take 20 mins to locate my order and never communicated it will discard in 2 hours … and yet demand 5 star review on spot ? Here you go …..

This is probably the most popular restaurant at the good court here. Good price, portions, and taste! Lines are long but they move pretty fast! They have a separate pickup location as well for orders which is nice.

I must say, I was genuinely taken aback. I attempted to express a concern about a rather disappointing experience, and the woman at the register — wearing a polo, so I assumed she might be some sort of supervisor — quite literally ignored me. She didn’t acknowledge me, didn’t look up, simply carried on with whatever she was doing as if I wasn’t even there. It was, frankly, one of the most unprofessional responses to a customer’s complaint that I’ve encountered.

I’ve given this place two chances, and both times were really disappointing because of the service.
The first time, I stood in line like everyone else, waiting to be helped. The two girls preparing the food completely ignored me — they didn’t even look up or acknowledge me. When I finally got to the register, one of them asked what I ordered, and I said I hadn’t — because they never even took my order.
The second time, there was no one in line, but the two girls behind the counter were preparing a few to-go bowls. They ignored me for about 10 minutes before one of them finally asked what I wanted. I started to explain, but she handed my order off to the other girl, who continued ignoring me. I waited there again, awkwardly, until I just gave up and left.
The staff’s attitude was unprofessional and dismissive both times. The food might be fine, but the service was honestly horrible.

The overall experience here is superb. They don't shortchange on portions or overcharge. Workers show friendliness instead of attitude. You get what you pay for here, and then some. My loved ones and I will be back regularly.

I had a great lunch at Naya. The service was excellent—fast, friendly, and attentive. The staff made the place feel very welcoming, which made the meal even better. I’ll definitely be back!
Food is good staff is nice but can’t help but feel that the portion is shrinking every time I go there (and I’ve been going for a long time, at least on a weekly basis)
