I grabbed the Falafel Bowl from Naya - 39th & Broadway through MealPal and wow, it’s a flavor bomb! The creamy tahini and zesty spicy smoky red sauce kicked the fresh cabbage slaw and pickled cucumber up a notch. So savory and spiced perfectly—highly recommend!

Spent an hour trying to order through the website. It would not take me to the check-out. Called the store and they connected me to the head office. Head office told me to email the store!!!! The most terrible service ever!

I ordered the rice bowl with lamb shawarma and chicken kebab. Both were cooked to a whopping 100 and dry degrees. Don't believe me? Consider trying your own food sometime. The salad featured a long blondish hair, which added nothing to the flavor but a lot of regret. I won’t be back to this location unless the food improves and the kitchen stops shedding.

Please make sure if you're using the Naya app for rewards to ask for a manager to help out. I had a coupon on the Naya rewards and the cashier was unhelpful, rushed my payment when I kindly told him that I had a reward. He seemed annoyed, in a rush and didn't care to check and ask management for help. It was very disrespectful and embarrassing. Why promote a rewards program, when employees don't even know how to use or are nonchalant and dismissive? The food wasn't bad, but I wish there were more dressing options as most are too spicy. Please be aware and always ask for help.

This spot combines all the elements that matter when eating out. The food quality impressed everyone present. I found everything here remarkably good. The staff exhibits remarkable kindness while accommodating needs. This place stands above others - I know I'll be back.

This location is great. Not too many people during lunchtime so it's quick and easy. I work around the area and my orders are ready on time. Even if I stop in to order inside, it's still quick and efficient.

I love this place! My co-workers and I get lunch here at least once a week. The food is always fresh and delicious. The staff are happy, helpful and engaging. I am Lebanese and the food is close to what I ate growing up. Two thumbs up!

Ordered a NAYA chicken shawarma bowl and received half a bowl! Do better with quantities! Let the price of your bowl reflect in the quantity! Posting a picture to show food is 60% of bowl size

“Naiomi” is the Manager in this picture…she needs to either be replaced or retrained. Unfortunately she didn’t understand what it means to be allergic to cucumbers… she said “take it or leave it” when I told her to remake my bowl because they accidentally put the cucumbers in my bowl.

The most shocking thing is I tried to help her understand the importance of taking this allergy situation seriously and she completely ignored me and became extremely rude. I understand people have English barriers and English is not their first language be to be this ignorant and not wanting to even learn and speak to me is a whole different level of just plain toxic personality that you cannot be tolerated.
