Today I bought a falafel sandwich from this store. The staff were very polite and fast. However, your employees need training in sandwich preparation. They put all the sauces, hummus, and everything else I asked for only in the middle of the sandwich instead of spreading them evenly. As a result, I had to eat plain, completely dry wrap and falafel at the beginning and the end of the sandwich.

However, I would never set foot in this store again because of one particular woman who runs the food counter. Her behavior is not just rude and obnoxious but also quite menacing. There are other reviews pointing about her behavior, as well.
I wonder how the management missed on those red flags during her hiring and if they assess improvement based on customer and employee feedback.
