it was delicious, all ingredients seemed fresh and very tasty without the need to be over salty greasy and sweet. Too bad the pita bread is served cold, would be a lot better if this was hot. We asked and were told that they don’t do it. Owners, managers out there hear us out: either serve the pita bread hot or allow customers to heat it up in a MWave.

Used to be my favorite location, however, I think the employee needs training or maybe they are overworked. Josue looked really annoyed yesterday. I understand you were prob having a bad day, but don't let it affect your customer service. Especially if a customer ask For a straw and you Just throw it on the counter.

NAYA by union square area has very welcoming and chic design. The windows are open for the summer, you can sit by the bar table and enjoy the street views.
Great middle eastern food for lunch or dinner. You pick a base (rice, salad), a protein (chicken, beef, lamb, veggie) and toppings. A bowl is ~$13. Food is warm. Chicken shawarma has great flavor. Very fulfilling.
The staff are very friendly and efficient. I will suggest to sign up the membership to get points. Overall a solid spot for a quick meal.
