A very good place for breakfast in Harlem. The waitress Amanda is adorable. The portions are generous and the menu is delicious. Special mention for the matcha!

Had lunch here 😋 with my colleagues and surprisingly it was really nice. Trendy friendly crowd and the host was very nice and accommodating. The food was really good we all tried different items on the menu to see how everything tasted. Kudos to the cooks and the food arrived quickly. Couldn't complain about anything really. Downside was limited menu options and cajun grits not for me 😆 let me choose my grits flavor regular and boring with butter and salt and pepper. Thanks Brulee team!!

The vibe here is perfect. The drinks are just OK though.
I ordered a decaf Americano and it was good. Their brand are roasted by Italian company Illy. I lm a bit of a coffee snob so I prefer organic, single source, and you know all these high quality methods, but it isn't a bad cup. Their chai isn't good though...it's mainly sugar. And the price for alternative milks $1 uncharged is ridiculous. You could buy a whole carton for $4 and make more than 4 lattes with it.
Staff is super friendly, kind, and familial though. And the aesthetic - sort of Cajun, French style- is perfect. Wifi and good work. But they do have music so not the quietest. Outdoor (with cover from rain and whatnot) and indoor seating available. Overall, this place is better for vibes than the food in my opinion - come to chat with friend, for a date, or to work a bit.

It had a nice atmosphere and menu
As a born and raised New Yorker, it breaks my heart when Black owned businesses treat their Black patrons like trash, especially when they’re visibly queer. Patronizing a regular customer for not making a purchase within 5 mins when they’ve supported your business multiple times? WE NEED TO DO BETTER.
