On two occasions I have ordered delivery from them and the food just never arrived. Phone number was disconnected when I called. I used to order from here all the time but they have completely lost my business.

As a hungry vegetarian I love their Bianca pizza and I hook it up with extra cheese and olives. I order via rituals and don't order via their website due to extra charges (see snapshot).

Absolutely terrible customer service. Never ever order from this place for delivery, or mark my words - YOU WILL REGRET IT. I ordered a food and drink with my delivery. The delivery man (who was sent from the restaurant, not from Seamless) arrives and says he forgot to bring me my drink. I asked him if he can bring the drink, and he says he'll bring it around in 1 hour. I called him back in 2 hours and he said they can't delivery it anymore because they are closed. You must be joking, right? Nothing better than being lied to in the face. Oh, and the food also made me feel sick afterwards. What a nice cherry on top. Avoid this disgusting establishment.

A hard no for me, the pizza is not good at all. Maybe on a drunk night but even then, you're better off going to Joes pizza a few blocks over. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.The dough is soggy, the sauce is bland and the cheese seems cheap and plastic like; idk what they have going on here but they need to figure something else out FAST.Idk how Ppl are giving this place 4+ stars... are they blackmailing y'all ??

Awesome pizza, but the female cashier she need to be more professional and need to treat everyone same way, she's acting kind of childish.

I'm sort of pizza connoisseur and they're margerita pizza is 8.5/10! The crust is thick and fluffy. The sauce is very light and flavorful. Cheese is great quality, not too much pull but it's fresh mozzarella not shredded cheese. Great prize at $12 for a mini pizza pie.

I hired Neapolitan Express Pizza Food Truck for my wedding on 10/22/2021. I was in touch with two catering mangers, Ariella and Ashley, who were both very responsive and helpful in the booking/planning process. The problems occurred on the actual wedding day. My day of coordinator, Janeen, had not heard from Neapolitan the day of the wedding when they were supposed to be there setting up. Janeen then had to reach out to THEM to see where they were. Whoever was on the truck that day told Janeen that they had a flat tire and will be a little late. We said that was fine and we would use the pizza truck for a late night snack instead of dinner. Time goes by and the truck tells Janeen that they will not be coming at all. We had planned for THREE trucks to feed 150 people the day of our wedding. Each food truck we hired said that 3 trucks would be perfect for 150 people, any less would not be enough food. As you can imagine, with the loss of our third truck, there was not enough food for our guests and our guests had to wait on line for one hour to get their meals. Shouldn't businesses like these plan for situations like this? Why didn't they have a plan B? Why couldn't they get the tire fixed and make it to the event just a little late? While the catering manager of Neapolitan Express was very apologetic and did give us back a full refund, that can never take away the fact that they affected my wedding and most importantly, my guests. Because we needed more food, thankfully the burger truck that I hired did have extra food. However, the extra burgers were not paid for upfront because I didn't need them with 3 trucks. I had to pay an extra $665 for those extra burgers. I, of course, asked Neapolitan Express to cover that not because they had to but because they affected the rest of my wedding and my guest meals. And because I was only charged that $665 because Neapolitan was not at my wedding. They, of course, declined. The way they handled the day of my wedding was beyond unprofessional and disappointing and I will not be doing business with them again.

When you walk by this place, you just know it's gonna be good pizza. Incredible prices and the small menu means each item is equally good. Loved the truffle one and the prosciutto ones. They also get them cooked pretty quickly, like 5-10 minutes! They have great ice cream flavors too, like matcha! Ample seating outside means you get to enjoy the scenery of FiDi while waiting for / eating your delicious pizza. Highly recommend!

Delicious. You can never go wrong with NYC pizza! This place is very clean and aesthetically pleasing! I was surprised they made our pizzas so quickly, and it tasted great! It could've been warmer, but overall it so good! The crust was so fluffy.

We stopped in for a quick bite because nothing was open late at night in the area. The employees were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. I'm not sure if all of the ingredients are organic or if just some of them are, but that was a plus. The pizza wasn't bad, but it was around $40-50 for 2 mini pizzas, drinks and tip for 2 people. It didn't feel like it was worth it, but it is a pretty solid option for late nights. The restaurant isn't too big inside and is more of a take out place. That being said there is limited seating. If you're lucky like we were, you can probably grab a table. The bottom line is I wouldn't go out of my way to come to Neapolitan Express, however they are a good option for late night pizza cravings.

I've been walking past this place for the past 4 years and today I had a craving for pizza. I actually wanted &Pizza but they're closed so I decided to try this place. I bought the A Diavolo and at the first bite I felt like this was the best flavored pizza I ever ate. The combination of honey and jalapeños with the other seasonings was too good. The personal pizza was $16 but that's too be expected on Wall Street. The service was quick. They have seats outside and the workers were following CDC guidelines.

We had the food truck at our office today for drivers appreciation week and it was a huge hit! The pizza was delicious and was served in its own personal size box. Looking forward to the next time we can bring the food truck back to the office.

Visited this Neapolitan Express location with some coworkers on a weekday afternoon during COVID times. The restaurant takes the necessary precautions to make it's customers feel safe (spaced out tables, staff wearing masks, etc.). When we arrived we went to the cashier to order and they told us once our order was ready they'd inform us outside. The pizza making process took about seven minutes and produced one of the best personal pizza's I've had to date! I ended up going with the pepperoni pizza ($10) and was shocked at how good it ended up being. A beautiful crust, perfectly melted cheese, and a tinge of sweetness in the dough that really put it over the top. If you get the chance to try this spot/pizza out you WON'T regret it!
