Absolutely delighted by the BYOBservice at Negril Village! The flexibility to bring our own bottle made the evening exceptionally personal and relaxed. But let's talk about the real star of the show: the food. Each dish is a fiery celebration of flavor, brilliantly capturing the essence of Jamaican cuisine. The spices sing, the textures dance, and the presentation is pure art. Whether it's the jerk chicken that tantalizes with its smoky depth or the curry goat that embraces you with its rich, complex warmth, Negril Village doesn't just serve food—it delivers an experience. Heat, heart, and heritage blaze in every bite. This place is a must-visit for anyone who cherishes genuine culinary craftsmanship.

We had birthday dinner for my daughter. Nice vibe. Wicked music. Food excellent and Anthony was on top of everything with the service and very pleasant. High was the homemade ginger crème brûlée and grapenut ice cream.

This restaurant somewhat disappointed me. The food was tasty but a little too spicy for me. But they don't have a liquor license and they make up for it by pricing up the food. For 2 people our bill was 200. again...no drinks. Nice atmosphere but I won't be back

A place that acts like it’s always busy but likes to make Black people especially feel like they are being “too much” when it’s always empty so…how can me and my other friends who are of this culture be too much when tables on both sides of the party are empty (I’ve been coming here for over 5 years).

This was an absolutely wonderful experience, top to bottom! I was initially concerned because the doors were closed, but thru the glass, I saw an employee who waved at me. ? Feeling welcomed, I climbed the stairs and she sat me in the upper level where it was warm, cute and quaint. I sat and the soft reggae music filled my ears, as my waiter (Jermaine?) approached. He was a very kind gentle soul. I ordered the ginger tea which was THE best ginger tea I've ever had! I then ordered the cornbread w/guava butter and the spring rolls... absolutely delicious! I'm not a meat eater, but I ordered the oxtails to go for family, and they were cleaned off the bone, so I take it they were delicious too! ? This is definitely a gem in NYC next to NYU, and this California girl left fulfilled, top to bottom! I will DEFINITELY visit again whenever I'm in New York! Thanks for the experience!Vegetarian options: I ordered the spring rolls and cornbread. I didn't see a lot of options, nor did I ask, but it's worth the visit for even just those two items!Wheelchair accessibility: I had to access stairs to enter the restaurant. I didn't see an elevator, but I didn't ask if there was one either.

Negril Village is an absolute All Time Favorite Caribbean Restaurant located in the heart of SoHo and has my heart always ?? ??I’ve had some delicious food & amazing memories since 2016. So proud that they have survived the pandemic and it has only elevated each time I visit. The oxtail with rice ?& beans is always a must, Jerk Salmon ? is an great healthy option and I love the Curried Lobster , Shrimp ?& Salmon with Jasmine rice.I highly recommend that you get the Sorrel From the source (BYOB, No Alcohol is served) and I’m sure any of the drink options is amazing!

Lovely experience. Really enjoyed the decor. Forgot to take a picture of the food but it was good. Please give Linden a raise. He was an excellent, attentive, and friendly server. He truly cared about our experience especially the spice level of the food. Would definitely dine here again. It felt very home like.
