I ordered a machine through here with a Black Friday deal. The deal was great and the staff were nice, but the wrong machine arrived at my house (shipping only, no carry out option). I received no invoice in email (which the boutique representative told me I would receive) and no paper receipt so I couldn't even confirm the correctness of the order. In addition the order and checkout process took forever, probably 20 minutes.
I was visiting New York, so I called Nespresso to get this addressed. They refused to send me the correct one, and told me that I could only return the incorrect machine and repurchase my desired machine, but they could not honor my original discount. Ended up just returning my full order which included $120 worth of pods as well. Back to drip coffee for me. Extremely disappointed in Nespresso's customer service.

The queue setup makes zero sense and does not create a calming environment, but rather one that is similar to waiting at the DMV. Staff singled me out on behavior other customers were engaging in (testing seasonal flavors) and was dismissive, too. Buy your pods online or at Bloomingdales; this is a waste of time.

Fantastic little shop to get your nespresso pods. Wish they had better deals here vs online but that's on them to get their pricing right. I would happily spend $50 - $80 if that meant getting closer to $1 a pod.

This Nespresso location is by far my most favorite. All the staff are so lovely and friendly. I love that they’re always happy to brew the latest coffee for me to try. Andrew is very knowledgeable and helpful if I need help deciding on what flavors to try next. Jessenia is so sweet and always has a smile on her face. Mark has the best British accent ever and is so wonderful to talk to. I’m always looking forward to visiting this location and usually leave with many more coffee sleeves than I planned for. Best Nespresso team ever.

I’m new to Nespresso and Jean Claude and Betsy delivered the utmost customer care and listened intently to my questions and had me walking out with a brand new machine, pod holder and Nespresso capsules. Excellent customer service!

First time visiting this shop after many years living in Paris. Four employees standing around doing nothing. Very unfriendly and no service at all but tried to rush me into buying. Very unpleasant experience. Rather visit the shops in Paris where a coffee is offered and I can pick my own capsules.

Goddamn.....its really good coffee. Free samples! I used to hate them because it seemed overpriced but truth be told its one of the best cups around, and once you make it at home its cheaper than starbucks or dunkin(and far better). Good choice.

11/21/24 I’ve been using this espresso boutique for quite a while. The staff is always very helpful and polite. It always makes the experience very pleasant. The last time I came in, I spilled a cup of coffee on the ground, and the whole team jumped into cleaning that up and made me feel less embarrassed than I should’ve been.
