I’m giving this Nespresso cafe 3 stars because one of the individuals behind the counter was rude, arrogant, snotty, condescending, superior and overall unpleasant to deal with. The other individual behind the counter was the polar opposite. But because I have bad luck I got the unpleasant one to assist me. If I ever decide to make the trip to purchase my Nespresso capsules at this location again I will be sure to avoid him.I’m surprised that level/lack of service is tolerated. I’m sure it m not the first one to leave a negative comment.

I had an amazing experience here. There is two friendly cashiers with organized menu and sleeves. They have limited edition and global flavors along with coffees as big as 18 oz. The staff answered all my questions and was able to look into my membership for deals on buy sleeves get some free, if you buy 10 at once you get glasses cups and a whole gift set for free. I also love how they can give you any sample to try in store and they gave me some samples to take home too. The sweets they sell is very nice too, you can buy a box of biscotti that pairs with most coffees or their dark chocolate boxes. If you need your machines repaired you can bring it to this location for customer service

Customer service is awesome in store when it comes to selecting flavors. Unfortunately my Nespresso machine broke and I was told to call customer service who told me they couldn’t do anything about it (kind of ridiculous since you will spend more $ on capsules as a customer). Go with a brand that won’t break on you.

Okay, so I love Nespresso Boutique at Macy's. Everything is always so fresh, and the price is right! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and extremely yummy. Bonus that their service is so outstanding, they are so fast and courteous. Nespresso Boutique at Macy's - A great spot to stop by when you're in the area.

Less busy than the soho shop for sure, which is a huge plus.
