I had very positive experience at this location. Store associate John was very helpful and patient to pick the suitable package for me, and shipped the order to home...It was sad and yet inspiring to learn what John went through during the covid. Thanks for everything and best wishes!
I’m giving this Nespresso cafe 3 stars because one of the individuals behind the counter was rude, arrogant, snotty, condescending, superior and overall unpleasant to deal with. The other individual behind the counter was the polar opposite. But because I have bad luck I got the unpleasant one to assist me. If I ever decide to make the trip to purchase my Nespresso capsules at this location again I will be sure to avoid him.I’m surprised that level/lack of service is tolerated....
I had an amazing experience here. There is two friendly cashiers with organized menu and sleeves. They have limited edition and global flavors along with coffees as big as 18 oz. The staff answered all my questions and was able to look into my membership for deals on buy sleeves get some free, if you buy 10 at once you get glasses cups and a whole gift set for free.
