Creative Japanese fusion restaurant in lower Manhattan. Atmosphere was nice, but each dish is small so don't expect that you'll be able to share much. Very pricey for what it is. I would recommend this place if you're a small eater on a diet.
Overall was an ok dining experience. Food was between authentic Japanese yakitori and a little bit fusion Japanese food. Basically in pricey way. Most recommendation dish was spicy shrimp udon which was great portion and tasted pretty good!! Others were very tiny portion, especially skewers.
So this was a great place for Asian style tapas. they had some traditional elements but definitely explored a little bit with the flavors and presentation. For two of us we ended up getting the pork belly skewer, the baby octopus skewer, the lamb ribs, the okonomiyaki, and the bone marrow. that was the order everything came out in because they bring things out as they're prepared.
