Disappointed in this place. Ordered a pork fried rice with chicken wings also a side of French fries. Let me begin by saying the wings tasted bland and not fresh the fried rice had barely any pork in it, and the fries looked like they’ve been expired. This place has become a mess I wouldn’t recommend ordering food from here. Many other options around the neighborhood look elsewhere.

As someone who eats Chinese food every Friday night religiously (it’s my comfort food), I am happy to have encountered this place after moving from my last place. I spend the first five months of this year not eating Chinese food because every other restaurant is that bad, and overpriced too!! But here, they cook the food well or at least to a level I can enjoy still. The lady on the phone is super sweet and nice, and never rushes you which is something that can’t be said about most Chinese food restaurants. Overall love it here!

I wish I could give zero stars. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. I ordered a lunch special for take out while at work. While eating I found a roach in my food!! I took pictures and brought the food back to them for proof. Of course they acted completely clueless and I demanded a refund which they granted. They said sorry & began speaking to each other in their language Obviously they must have an issue with. rodents that needs to be handled. I’m so pissed because this is completely unacceptable.

Last order I place here. I will start ordering from red dragon on Amsterdam avenue. I am a regular customer but you guys are getting too greedy with the protein in the orders . I placed an order of chicken with broccoli large i could barely find chicken it was full of broccoli. Same thing with the house special fried rice 3 small shrimp 2 pieces of chicken in the whole order rest of it was rice. Today you lost a regular customer i am paying for large order it should look decent . I understand cost are high but stop playing clever.

Meh.. food here is "just ok." The lady on the phone is very sweet & nice. I couldn't hear her clearly, and she was very patient & and kind, so kudos for great customer service skills. The chicken wings were mushy and soggy.. Not crispy at all. The general Tso/sesame chicken is also soft without any crispiness to the batter. I ate some of the rice & thew the rest in the trash. The delivery was fast, but the delivery guy is rude. I had planned on tipping him & instead of giving me my change, he tipped himself what he wanted, then gave me my change, & walked away. I won't be ordering from here again. "New Kimg Wok" on Broadway Ave & West 147th Street is better.

I would never order from this place again in a million years first time ordering and there was hair not in 1 order but 2 of my orders called the place let them know asked if they workers wear hair nets and was told no. Asked for a refund and they asked for the food back told them to send they delivery person to come pick it up and they refused to and didn't want to give me the refund unless I went in the store.

Not sure what’s going on with them. The food used to be so good, but lately it hasn’t been. The taste is off, no real flavor. It’s like they’ve gotten lazy with it. This is used to be my favorite spot but now I have to look for another Chinese food that’s worth it. Sad.

They don’t clean their shrimps & they are rude as hell! Do not give them your money. They do not care about you & if you have a problem with the food you ordered they will not listen to your complaints.. “they will act like they don’t understand” when in fact they do. don’t let these Chinese people fool you. They know exactly what they’re doing, go somewhere else. They got slapped with a C & B inspection before. I wonder how long it took them to get that A. Again, go somewhere else.

This place is normally pretty decent (all things considered). However, I am severely allergic to shellfish. I informed the person who took my order of this. Today, I ordered general tso’s chicken and cream cheese wontons. Under the rice, I found a shrimp tail. Not only that, but they gave me crab rangoons instead of cream cheese wontons. To top it all off, there was a white hair on my chicken.I called to tell them what had happened and the conversation went like this:Me: hi, i ordered dinner last night and told you I was allergic to shellfish. I ordered general tsos chicken and cream cheese wontons and you gave me crab rangoons instead and i found a shrimp tail in my rice.Him: hello.Me: hello. (Repeats what i just said)Him: what you want to order?Me: no i ordered last night. There was an issueHim: oh what you ordered?Me: (repeats what i just said)Him: shrimp… what is shrimp?Me: shrimp. I never knew that Chinese food could be so bad.My pork was over chopped, over cooked and drowned in an over sweet sauce.The "egg rolls" looked more like mini burritos.I would not eat them and regret eating the meat.The boneless spare ribs were awful.The other meals I saw also looked drowned in sauces and MSG to cover up for the low quality.I think that the over-cooking is the only thing that made the food safe to eat.It was cheap, and the food matched.The place looks dilapidated and neglected.The decor is dated, faded and greasy posters put up with tape that add to the run down look.The person taking the orders was non conversational in both English and Mandarin. Zero chance to ask for a normal order of normal Chinese food. (叉烧)Sorry that I went and will NEVER go back.

This is the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. I gave the service and atmosphere the benefit of the doubt because I ordered online so I can’t say much as to the quality of those things. Some of the food I ordered was missing. The food that I did get was a large portion. The prices and the portions were the only thing good about the food. The food smelled bad and lacked in flavor. I ordered food from here because it had good reviews and I am not sure why.
