I always come here when we are in need of large groups for my family (obviously call ahead of time to make reservations if you can). They were accommodating every time. Decent Cantonese style restaurant. Cleanliness can be improved here and there but we haven't had any problems here regarding food & service.

May first glance, the lack of cleanliness of the place stood out, followed by service that was friendly at first. After the food was served- which was cold, overpriced, and lackluster in flavors and appeal- the service staff disregarded out. I will not be coming back or ever recommending this location, Chinatown is deeply rich in history and culture and this was NOT a reflection of that.

A dinner was arranged here by friends—this was my first time visiting. Unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming.
The food was average at best, nothing memorable. What stood out more was the lack of cleanliness. The floor was noticeably sticky, and I later noticed they have a B rating from the health department, which didn’t inspire much confidence.
The most off-putting moment was finding a strand of hair on my piece of fish. That really sealed the deal for me.
The beef I had was also very tough and chewy...
Not a place I’d return to, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

I had a terrible experience with this place. The customer service is absolutely horrible. I called to order lunch and was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. I went to pick it up after 15 minutes, and it still wasn’t ready. To make things worse, when I got home, it wasn’t even what I ordered.
I called to let them know about the mistake, and they answered very rudely, as if it were my fault. But it was clearly their mistake! I had clearly stated what I was ordering and which order I was picking up. I had to leave the house again and return with the wrong order, and on top of that, they treated me poorly.
What’s even more concerning is that when I returned the incorrect order, they kept it. What are they going to do with that food? Give it to another customer? That’s a huge hygiene issue and completely unacceptable.
Also, there is no price transparency. The menu they show still lists the old, lower prices, but when it’s time to pay, they charge you more. When you ask, they say “the prices went up,” but they still display the outdated prices. That’s misleading and unprofessional.

Service was good and food was ok. Roast pork ( siu yuk) and roast duck were cold. Roasted duck tasted good but roask pork lacked spices. Seafood yee been (noodles) were decent, noodles slightly overcooked and taste could use more salt.

Food is very mediocre. The shrimp in the walnut shrimp dish were very small. Restaurant is on the smaller side and feels especially cramped when there are more people. Customer service is very poor. Placed an order for five dishes and paid in person at least two to three hours before the time we told them we would want to pick up. Was okayed by the staff. We arrived a little later than said pick up time and our order still wasn't ready. We asked them why our order wasn't ready yet. First they said oh the order was skipped over, no apologies. Then they later said they were working on it and was cooking the order. Asked them why it was cooking now when we placed this order way in advance? How much longer is it going to take? They couldn't answer and just kept saying it's being worked on or just ignored us when we asked several times. There was no sense of urgency and not much care with following up on our order. I could see it was a busy weekend night for them but again we placed our order way in advance with a specific pick-up time that they agreed to, so there really is no reason why it was not ready as promised. We got our order at least 40-45 minutes after the said pick up time.
Good food and delicious come with reasonable price. It is definitely I will come back.

I’ve been coming here for a very long time now when I was a kid. I mainly come for dinner, where they serve foods family style just how I like it. All the usual family style dishes ordered at a table is just amazing. The food is just immaculate. The dessert they give you and fruit at the end just makes it perfect to end the night. Hope this place stays here forever
