Amazing prices and everything is made fresh once ordered. Take out only but there is a small amount of seating near the restaurant outside (by trees). Very impressed with their vegetarian options too. Highly recommend!Vegetarian options: Largest vegetarian section I have seen in a while and some specialty veggie offerings as well.

Sushi is amazing and the price is great! I got the spicy salmon roll and the sweet potato roll, and I loved both! Takeout only

As the prices have risen the quality has dropped. Used to be great now not good.

Best nigiri sushi lunch special you can get in New York for under $15. Very fresh and flavorful fish. Don't let the very unassuming store front fool you, these folks know what they're doing.

Definitely not the highest quality sushi you can find, but great for the value and definitely fulfills the sushi craving! I got two rolls for around $13 after tax, and tried the salmon avocado and spicy tuna with crispy rice. The special also comes with your choice of soup, soda, or water, and I opted for the miso soup. The salmon avocado was actually really good - the fish tasted really fresh and the avocado added perfect richness. The spicy tuna wasn't my favorite, since I wished it had less crispy rice and more tuna. I would definitely just order two of the salmon rolls next time!

Great takeout spot. Fresh, nice servings, great prices. Had an issue with my delivery and I called and it was quickly solved. Excellent option for anyone looking for some sushi that won’t break the bank :)

I'm vegetarian and I always find things that I can eat here! I order delivery a lot, and they are very nice about customizing rolls for me. Love their sushi!

Good for takeout of delivery. Not enough room to sit and eat, but very quick service. Food is fresh and accurate. Reasonable prices.

Worst sushi I’ve had in a while. Had Maki E combo. Very poor ingredients. Watered down miso soup. Cost me $21 bucks and was so not worth it. I do not recommend.

While there are a few tables crammed into their tiny storefront, this is almost exclusively a takeout and delivery operation, as the cases of Poland Spring water bottles and cans of ginger ale stacked on top of said tables would indicate. I was met with a peculiar look when I tried to eat here with a group once, but they graciously swept the boxes of drinks aside so we could quickly scarf down our rolls.Other times I've stopped by to order sushi to go-- my favorite move is to bring them over to a nearby park, lay a blanket down in the grass and have a sushi picnic, replete with drinks procured from a nearby bodega. Nothing like a spread of New Mizu lunch specials to set you straight. In terms of the food, there's nothing especially noteworthy to point out here, if you're already familiar with run of the mill sushi joints around the city. What you can expect is pretty decent quality fish for great prices, and very quickly and efficiently at that. The place seems clean and they've always gotten my orders right, so I will be back time and time again.

The salmon teriyaki was inedible- overcooked and clearly not fresh. I ordered 5 vegetables roll, all had fish egg on it. I complained as these rolls were ordered for the vegetarians in the family. They gave a $10 refund & said that I need to specify that vegetarian rolls are for vegetarians. ABSURD. Won't be ordering again.

While the fish is good and it’s a solid sushi take out spot, their crunchy rolls were like 3/4 popped rice and 1/4 fish.

Ordered the sashimi from here and let me warn you, it's not good. I mean, it's passable--it might be interesting for someone that hasn't ever tried sashimi in their life to get a general idea of what sashimi is like--but if you're truly into sashimi, this is NOT the place to order it.
