Not as great as I remembered. They don’t give you as much appetizer as before. It is on the pricey side (estimate $50 a person without extra appetizers). I spent $230 plus tip (20%) for 3 females.

Ordered the brisket and marinated short rib. Once the brisket came out the waiter slapped it on the grill. My first bite was brisket wrapped in rice paper and it had an off chemical taste to it. Okay, second bite decided to forego the rice paper. Still tasted the weird off putting after taste. So I asked my significant other if it tasted weird to him. The moment he put the plain cooked brisket in his mouth he subsequently spat it out. We told the waiter to have a taste and upon grabbing a piece to try, he knew something was wrong. According to my SO it tasted like leftover degreaser that was not wash off the grill plate. He called over a guy from the kitchen to grab a piece to try and even he didn’t want to put it in his mouth. The manager did not come to apologize and only told our waiter to tell us to choose another plate of beef. We held off until the marinated short rib was cooked, it was manageable but there was still a lingering chemical taste in our mouths we could not shake. So we just paid the bill and left. In terms of atmosphere the place is poorly ventilated, unbelievably hot, and staff will sing and loudly clap their hands for every person celebrating their birthday. If you’re not into that completely avoid this place. Even after our clothes smelled, now I know what you’re thinking “of course it smelled you were in a kbbq spot”; however, it smells like second hand cigarette smell and not anything remotely near food smell. As a non-smoker I’m thoroughly repulsed and had to run home to scrub my head down to my toes. This place is utterly disgusting.

I was on a solo excursion to Koreatown while visiting NY and dropped by as I saw recommendations for this place, and I’m VERY pleased I did.Got beef mandu jjim, a very complete selection of banchan, fluffy sticky rice and the most delicious ddukbaki bulgogi I’ve ever try.Coming back in June and I’ll definitely hit this spot again.

Hands down the best kbbq. Don’t go anywhere else. Order kalbi, bulgogi, japchi, fried dumplings and the steam egg. Thank me later.

A party of 10 no problem. Fast and furious the food came out. They did not skip a beat. All the food was very good. Didn't hurt that the proteins were cooked on charcoal. My favorite may have been the seafood pancake and the side of squash though. The bottle's of soju just added to the whole experience. I have no reservation recommending this place. They are pros, a party of 2-25 they got you.

My friends and I visited this restaurant for a lunchtime Korean BBQ experience on a Saturday. We had a reservation for a grill table and were seated promptly. The restaurant had a good atmosphere with a manageable crowd. It seemed like walk-ins could potentially snag a table with a short wait (10-15 minutes). The food was fantastic. We opted for one of the pre-fix Korean BBQ platters for 4 people, which offered a great variety and perfectly satisfied our cravings. The service was exceptional. We had two servers who helped us cook the food at our table. One server was particularly friendly and enthusiastic, while the other was a bit more reserved. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back. This restaurant is a great option for both NYC visitors and locals looking for delicious Korean BBQ.

3.5 (Wish yelp let you do half stars) I liked this place! We came here around midnight on Friday and were seated pretty quickly. We came for a light bite so mostly we just got some apps (tteok boki, fried mandu, etc). The mandu was really crispy which I liked and everything else was fine, overall recommend :-)

Korean BBQ food is always one of my favorite foods to eat. This place uses real charcoal to cook your food. We came here for lunch during the week, probably the second pair of customers to come in. Food was good, nothing special about the taste or banchans. It wasn't bad, just wanting to taste something different, otherwise I'll be eating at the same place every time. Still would recommend the place
