Having lived in this neighborhood for years, my go-to bagel shop was first Murray's, then Brooklyn Bagel, and now NYCBCH. The bagels are equivalent or better. The service is great - friendly, accommodating. The space is far better, both waiting in line and in terms of seating. Excellent omelettes and bagels tailored to my preference in a welcoming, open space have made this my new favorite. I have been here early, midday, and late day and my experiences are consistently excellent

The staff is beyond rude and slow. Prioritizing their friends over who is in line first. It took me 15 minutes to get a bagel with cream cheese. I used to come here once a week, but I think this will
now be my last.

Very good place to eat Bagels. You can compose them as you wish, choose your type of bread from more than ten, choose your cream cheese from a wide variety (plain, jalapenos, cucumber, etc.)
