Honestly, I'm split on this place. I didn't think this pizza spot had great pizza, but it's not awful either. As always, it's great to be able to order by the slice to try different types. Maybe it's the tourist in me. It's a small hole in the wall. But I just wasn't impressed. Nice staff, middle of the road pizza.

Best pizza in New York. We just had Lucali, Di Fara, John’s on Bleeker, and Joe’s. Sals is better than the “best”. You have to try it. It’s true New York Pizza.

Awesome pizza for an excellent price! The garlic knots were pretty great too. Cool place to chill and people watch out the big front window. The lady behind the counter was super friendly and nice. Highly recommended for a quick bite!
