Highly recommend the shrimp tempura rolls and udon noddles soup. The price is very reasonable compared to other restaurants I have tried around the area. Whenever, I am craving sushi Roll'n Katsu is always my go to. Plus the customer service is great (speaking as someone who worked in the food industry).

I forgot to take pic of the restaurant but it’s so cute! It’s cozy and clean, and the hostess sat us at a bigger table even though we were only a party of two. We got a kimono roll, the tuna appetizer, and the sushi cake. I wasn’t the biggest fan of the tuna appetizer or the tuna in the sushi cake but it felt fresh, (thought a little cold like it was just thawed). The mango and crab in the sushi cake was very good though. The kimono roll was fresh and well made, definitely my favorite. Overall I wild come back to try one of their hot dishes and of course for the atmosphere.

This place is located in Food Gallery 32 and I think it’s a fantastic spot for quality but affordable meal. The food was very good, crispy, flavorful katsu with great texture. The prices are also very reasonable, especially for NYC. Definitely a great choice if you’re looking for something tasty and affordable in the food hall!

Flavor is good but I ordered gyudon (beef) and extra beef for 19.99$ and the bowl is about 85% rice. A little stingy with the protein portions even after having paid extra.

we ordered donburi chicken and donburi shrimp, very dry, no sauce, very bad rice, I'm upset((( I was a regular customer, seeing how this dish looks unappetizing I asked to change it, the answer was negative

We had to wait over 40 min at this food court style place - why do they take so long?

Katsu is decent. Very little meat. Crispy and tasty breading.

Never tried sushi.

Katsu is good. However, out of over 10 times I’ve tried this place, I experienced 2 consecutive times a bad chicken katsu. As in… it’s gone bad but they still cooked it and served it.
What can you expect from a food court. But the pricing is steep. Quality is blah. Taste is adv.

There’s a young girl who always seems to be working. She always clocks no tip on customers behalf. But the older lady always shows you the tip screen. I actually stopped going for awhile because of the older lady always asking for tip despite order being a take out.
(Mozeb you pay tips at McDonald’s when you order take out?)

amazing place for food i especially come to see the man at the register the most sweetest worker ever he makes my food more enjoyable. other cashiers should take notes of what customer service looks like. never let that man leave this job for another job bc if u do i won’t enjoy my food as much

i love this place, love the food, but recently there’s 2 new workers who do not seem to do their job right. The cashier lady gave me the wrong order and then the girl who was bagging my order did it horribly that all my food spilled to the other side as i grabbed it. She didn’t seem to care about anything going on as well as constantly being on her phone..if u don’t wanna work, don’t work!!

Delicious tuna/salmon bowl. The rice was amazing and all of the ingredients were so fresh. The portion size was nice too.
