It was horrible. The entire reason we went was to get the Crispy Potato Cake with smoked salmon, sour cream, red onion. I didn't see it on the menu, and when I asked the server, she curtly replied that you can't get that until 10:30 a.m. I said, it's 10a, it's the reason we came, can you please ask the kitchen if they can prepare it a half and hour before scheduled? She replied, clearly annoyed, "Fine," and came back later saying they won't do it. I ordered the benedict, which came out cold, with little dollops of hollandaise on top of the eggs, as if it were a garnish. I asked for more. My friends scrambled eggs were cold, and his bacon was almost raw, which looked horrible.

I had a delicious dinner at Nice Matin last night! I had the tuna tartare, followed by a new dish, mushroom bourgeon, which was new to me and heavenly! Danny the highly capable manager chose a half bottle of a Bordeaux, which was great, as always (the best wine list in NYC). My server was friendly and efficient. I love this place!!!

We have been going to Nice Matin on Mondays to take advantage of their BYOB policy. Terrific food and service. Escargots, duck and pot au fou all outstanding. Highly recommended.

We dine here more often than at other restaurants and it never disappoints us. We shared two appetizers and two main courses and one dessert and several glasses of wine. Everything was delicious. The service is always good and this time we were impressed at how well the waiters and waitresses work together. Our waitress was busy when we tried to get her attention and another waiter noticed and asked me what I needed. In a few minutes later our waitress returned with the glass of wine. I wanted. Great cooperation among the staff.
It was such a delight to have all of the elements of a meal, from food, to drink , to service, and vibe be so spot on. If I ever find myself on the UWS again, I will be paying a visit to this fine establishment!♥️

Delicious food!!! Wonderful and very attentive service from all team members!!! We visited the restaurant on two separate occasions. Once for dinner and another for drinks. Each time we had a wonderful experience.

Service was not great. They brought us one of our main course at the same time than the appetizers so we had to return it. Then the waitress said " im going to drop those now"( our main courses) when we were not even clean up from our appetizers courses. The table had dirty plates all around and we were rushed all the way. We come at your place very often but you need to make a progress on service especially when you are very busy. We had much better experience in the past ....It s too bad
