An all-around awesome dining experience, for breakfast or dinner! The servers and kitchen staff were courteous and very personable. And the food: delicious! The salmon with quinoa and the baby artichoke appetizer were top notch. It's one of our go-to restaurants.

Our server Jennifer is fabulous, we have had her often. Stephanie is another favorite. We had the crab salad. We were disappointed. It didn't smell fresh to my companion, it needs lettuce, and it didn't taste great. It is probably the first time since Nice Matin opened ( I'm a long time customer) that we didn't enjoy our food. There used to be a crab salad on the menu years ago that was terrific. Your ice cram - butter pecan- is wonderful. .

A lovely, dependable restaurant In a perfect location on W 79 that serves very good French food. Always a go to restaurant and Affordable. The servers are extremely pleasant. No request goes unmet. Lovely bar to sit at solo or at surrounding tables. A sudden downpour of rain as we walked out. So we walked back in, sat at barb and ordered pastis. A truly perfect lunch into happy hour.

It's such a cheerful way to begin a Sunday, even an unseasonably cold one. The food and beverage are wonderful (avocado omelet, soled salmon with bagel and trimmings, today a usually off-our-diet side order of bacon, and the orange juice that's better than in the Caribbean) and consistently so. The service (including the hostesses) is smart and welcoming.

I booked Nice Matin after I was unable to secure a reservation at Cafe Lux (they had no water today). And NM was wonderful. Great service, good food, etc., and really appreciated the fact that we never felt rushed. Thank you for a great time.

We were left unattended for half an hour while staff had the lunch meeting. This should happen BEFORE there are guests! The waiter needs additional training as well

Each time we come to NYC we make a point of having dinner at Nice Matin. The food is very good and very French. The atmosphere is excellent whether we are inside or outside (in good weather).
This sidewalk restaurant was exactly what my husband and I like, all of the city passing by, great service and exquisite food.

The good news is the food was good and a decent value. We had an overall good time but our server had an attitude that was unmistakable the moment we sat down and only checked in on us once right before the check to see if we needed anything. We saw her at other tables treating them well so not sure what the issue was, but it was weird enough that we won't be back.
