Nick + Stef’s Steakhouse

I am a native NYer and never ate here before. I went here with my cousin for the first time because we were going to the NCAA game at MSG right next door.

The food here was terrible. I ordered a filet mignon cooked medium. The steak was served to me dry, warm, and with no seasoning. I also ordered french fries and they were like the frozen brand you buy in your supermarket. I had better french fries at McDonald's.

I won't eat here again and neither should you even try this place. Way better steak houses in NYC.

Porterhouse for two was amazing, sliced so nicely, the fries were amazing, and the bacon appetizer was great.

We stopped by for dinner last night at Nic + Stef's Steakhouse and it was incredibly delicious. We ordered the Caesar salad for a starter, the porterhouse for two, and the Brussels sprouts. The steak was so flavorful and tender, and the Brussels sprouts had an incredible taste.

Steak was good, sides were good, seared tuna wasn't great. I've been to the restaurant several times and usually have pretty good experiences. This time was good, but not great.

A tad over medium rare. Seasoning is OK. Service was great. For the price is should be perfect temp season.

I had a great meal! So convenient to MSG!!!

Steak was over cooked and bland, salad was soggy and croutons inedible, even the drinks were terrible. We ordered 2 sides, they got one completely wrong, desert was horrible. This was one of the worst steak houses I’ve ever been to, to think we spent $1k for dinner for 5 people and for the quality of food we got was absurd. This is the first time I’ve ever felt compelled to write a review for a restaurant because it was so bad. Do not go to this tourist trap.

Everything was fabulous. The steaks and sides were done to perfection. The oyster were a great appetizer. The service is impeccable.

Food was great, Shrimp appetizer should be 4 shrimp not 3. Otherwise it was a great dinner. Kerry was an outstanding server. Thank you

Waiter was pushy when trying to order, pushing a seafood tower and porterhouse while we had a couple kids with us, then rushed us to finish, reaching over me while I was eating to clear some dishes. Overall food was good and would go back but sit at bar for apps and drinks.

It's a great spot before a show or concert if you're looking to have a great sit down splurge with friends!

The food was good. Staff was friendly. The restaurant was so loud we couldn't even have a conversation. I could barely make out what the waiter was saying to us.

The food and service were of highest quality. We enjoyed a great meal and a great time. The decor and ambiance were very much NYC steakhouse. We arrived at opening. Not long after opening, people started piling in with the energy of a pre- or post-event fervor. It got quite crowded and loud. While we preferred it a bit quieter, the experience was still top-notch.

The food and service were amazing! And it was all fairly priced. Even cheaper than other steakhouses that I have been to. I would highly recommend. Especially if you're going to MSG for a show. I will definitely be coming back
