After the 4th time I rang the bell, a waitress came to tell me they had no more tables for the night. The restaurant has four mini-rooms, only two were occupied. It was also only 8:20pm, but the sign outside the door says their last seating is at 9:30pm.

Hands down the best yakiniku place I’ve had in New York City! We got the beef tongue and the Futago Select for lunch. The wagyu beef in the set was OUT OF CONTROL!!!!! The matcha tiramisu is also so so good!!! The service was very attentive and nice!!!!! Would definitely recommended everyone to come!!!

Excellent and authentic food, presentation and service, elegant interior design with a small garden and fountain up front. A wonderful hidden gem in SoHo! The matcha tiramisu is a must-have, and we had the sukiyaki which tasted exactly like what we had in Japan. The staff is very respectful and understanding of meat substitutions for folks who don't eat beef. Thank you very much for a wonderful experience!

Had the worst experience on Sunday. Went there expecting to have a nice birthday dinner however ended up in disappointment. We waited for an hour to just get 2 glass of water for the table. It was so disappointing that we cancelled our order and left. We were not the only table that left within the hour. For such a well known restaurant, I expect better service however it seems as there was only 1 person working in the entire restaurant.
