Great food great customer service
Great staff. Food was cooked well and reasonable prices. Will be back
For hibachi delivery this place definitely gets the job done. Steak was over cooked for my liking but portion sizes are fair and it definitely satisfied my craving. Delivery was speedy. Would order again.
Amazing placegood food ? and fast service clean bathrooms10 out of 10 in my book.⭐️definitely coming back?
Good for take out. Very quick and easy a lots of vegetarian options
I stopped in for a quick bite .The place was clean, service was ok, and the food was decent. Nothing to rave about. But if you are looking for something quick and inexpensive and you are in the area it does the trick. And they did not ask for proof of immunization from covid which which might make think of taking a test because there were others dining in ad well as me even though I am vaccinated I still worry. But I was ravenous.
The food is ok. The portions are so disappointing, compared to the advertisement.
I love the Ninja Grill! They are always clean and have great service and food. I would totally recommend trying them out after a long day of walking around LES.
I ordered shrimp and chicken the food is good and the people are very nice.
Restaurantji Recommends
The Ninja Grill provides decent custom-made Japanese hibachi dishes in a sit-down seating setting. Like many other fast food restaurants, you select from a variety of meats (I choose squid, but they have traditional meats also) that are cooked with a choice of rices and then with another choice of vegetable toppings. The service was quick, and the hot food was pretty good. Note that unlike most of the other restaurants in this section of the Lower East Side, Ninja Grill still has sit-down seating. This is a good choice if you're visiting a local site such as the nearby Tenement Museum.
Cheap. Good. And you can get videoed by some weirdo in there. Not sure why he wanted to video me eating but I liked it. It put me on point.
2nd time here and I love the menu variety. It’s possible to experience a new meal every time you come .
Service is good but slow.
It should be a GREAT restaurant and having a NICE price at the Delancey location. Clean place to dine in and it’s appropriate for having a lunch. It’s good to give a try.
