Ninth Street Espresso is really ahead of the game when it comes to anticipating next year’s prices: a ‘large’ cup of coffee comes in at a modest $4.63. Oh and they’ve also worked with the chip development team at Apple to engineer the smallest large cup available. While most coffee shops in New York consider a large 16 oz, here it is only 12. If you enjoy paying more money for less coffee, this is the place for you.

this Ninth Street Espresso location is directly across the street from Tompkins Square Park (TSP). a fairly small coffee shop. a few seats up front and some standing room, but this is very much a grab-and-go location because of the small clean welcoming interior /decor/ vibe as well as the foot traffic across Tenth Street and its convenience to TSP. the coffee is consistently good as i enjoy an Americano coffee served hot. great spot to grab a...

I've been coming to this Ninth Street Espresso location for 11 years now, through an engagement, into a wedding, and into fatherhood. Now my son and I go on Saturday mornings and it's every bit as lovely as it was when I first stepped through the door.
