I used to really like this place. But seems they have made some changes; you can't order on the phone anymore, only on the website (annoying). And you can't do substituions anymore. I ordered a falafel sandwich and don't like onions so asked if they could swap the israeli salad for beets or anything else. They wanted a $3 surcharge. Forget it. It's the little things that make or break customer loyalty. Hope they can make some improvements and I'll be back!
I always like coming here to support the business. They have the best authentic hummus and massabacha. Nesher malt, their lemonade is great. I really miss their old location, and hope they continue to do well
This restaurant gives me exactly what I want. The experience here is reliably good. You can enjoy diverse food options, pay reasonable prices and receive attentive service. The level of assistance was superior. The entire meal was worth remembering.
