Got a turkey club to go from here to go. The sandwich was covered in greasy fries, which I was not expecting, nor wanted. Upon further inspection, there was a hair right on top of the grease filled fries. After lifting the sandwich out of the fries, the sandwich was drenched in grease. The fries were inedible. The sandwich was nearly inedible. Glad I got it to go because I don’t know what I would have done if I ate at the restaurant.

Unfortunately, my experience at Nisi was a disaster. The food lacked even the basics - my Chicken Francaise was flavorless, it was like they forgot to add salt! It felt like there was no chef in the kitchen. I'm usually hesitant to write negative reviews, but this was an insult to any customer who walks through their door. Overpriced and underseasoned.

Food over all was not bad....but service was funny, they ask several times if we need a high chair, several times I said yes. Crayons and games I guess are for special kids only....I had to take ours from my bag...took long time to get our food. Service also slow, busser was nice stoped by several times to refill water and high five with kids

If you visit RI in new york then please stop and eat drink here. The food was lovely and wow what a hot chocolate they make, its made with Nutella and wow takes it to another level. The service was excellent and the gentleman there was very attentive to a lady who needed assistance. The prices are great too. I only had a croissant with egg n bacon as I didn't get breakfast and it was delicious. The decor is very nice and has large windows overlooking Riverside.Definitely recommend.

I went yesterday with my friend there for dinner around 6 pm… The indian boy and girl was there…So i asked him and wanted to order Salmon wich came with two meals mashed potatoes and with rice but i tell him i couldn’t eat and please switch instead mashed potatoes and rice please can you bring me Mashroom and Asparagus he told me yes…But they brought me dinner was only Salmon with two pieces mashroom and Two pieces asparagus and i asked the boy what is this and he was laughing at me she was laughing i was shocked and i tell him what is funny?? He was like we just had a like that we couldn’t bring it to you Just Mushroom and asparagus??♀️but if you would like i will bring it to you Moshed potato and rice he was keep telling me and both laughed at me and at with my elderly friend… This happened to second time with the persons also they were so rough and very nasty wich is mean they didn’t respect the customer…. Aftet that i asked about the maneger and they told me maneger is pregnant and she never be there im sure they lied to me and continue to laugh at me and at the my friend..Not even say sorry about that or apologize for that….. Also when my friend finish to eat she left some food and wanted to take it home and asked box for food so I think they have to serve that to put in the box this food but they tell the elderly person you should put in the box your food…Anyway it’s very very bad experience with the dinner especially with the service …I hope owner will see and will take care of them…I don’t know why i couldn’t picture here to show you guys what they bring me instead….plus charging same price wich was very expensive…

The staff was very kind and helpful. We waited a bit longer than usual, despite the place being empty that day and time. The food was above average but nothing worth noting. The atmosphere was great, clean, music was very comforting, and overall just felt nice.
