The place is cute and caught our eye on a walk to The Guggenheim. Very unwelcoming and unfriendly staff, so much so that we took our overpriced coffee and hot chocolate to go. Should have just waited on the long line at Glacé, at least people were happy coming out of their place.

If there was an abundance of gf restaurants they would struggle. But it's great to have gf only for true celiac sufferers
Quinoa bowl was tasty but it's a really small bowl pulled high, so mixing it up is nearly impossible
Same with other platings-- very quirky portion control

Telling patrons “Don’t come back” and treating them differently/unfairly is unacceptable. From what I’ve heard about the staff in general, I’d expect much better reviews about the food but apparently that’s disgusting as well. Get it together!

Apparently they do not have a friendly staff! Just saw the TikTok video of their attitude towards a black woman and her daughter after refusing her the restroom after she agreed to purchase an item but allowed a white non paying customer to use the restroom without having to purchase an item! To add insult to injury, they tell her not ask but tell her to leave and don’t come back! DONT EAT FROM HERE!! Please read this before they delete it! I will keep sending reviews!

I had a really disappointing experience here. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional — no greeting, no smile, and they made us feel unwelcome the entire time. The service was slow and unhelpful, and when I tried to ask a simple question, they responded with attitude. Definitely not coming back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for friendly service. Racism in 2025 is mind blowing
Wonderful to be in a place where you can be gluten free without being afraid of being contaminated. Finally got to try the gluten free croissants! The chocolate was surprisingly my favorite. The plain was dense but still delicious. The cream puff with the fresh raspberries was the best! Madeline was okay and the coffee was too strong. The service was great and the people very friendly. So glad I got to come visit and try it after many months!

Raspberry muffin was TERRIBLE. I thought I might come back and give them a try (not every pastry is for everyone) but in light of their recent racist views coming to the surface I will not . (I also had not the most pleasant experience but wrote it off as a misunderstanding , now seeing other share similar experiences I know for a fact it was some sort of bias or racism that caused me to not experience the same full pleasant assistance as the other people who were there when I came . All in all it seems they have a problem with their flavors and their behaviors SKIP!
